Our 7,500 square foot fitness center is a complete health and fitness club featuring cardiovascular machines, resistance training equipment, group exercise classes, personal training, tanning, kid's area, showers, and more.
Great for beginners! This class is a combination of lower intensity cardio, resistance training, and slow stretching. Exercises to help prevent the effects of ageing on our bodies by increasing fitness, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. Everyone could use Yoga in their lives. Movements and poses to help align and strengthen your body as well as increase your flexibility.

I love the gym, but the members and the lack of control over them are really bringing the entire experience down. Some members occupy the entire gym with groups of 4-5 people, use multiple machines/stations at once, and make it difficult for other members to workout. Members leave bags, water jugs, and headphones on one piece of equipment and use another. Just seems like a lot of other members have no respect for others and nothing gets done about it lately.

Me and my girlfriend started going in May, well we got too busy with work to go to it, and we've been trying to end membership for a month and a half and now their telling me that they could freeze the account but the money would still be coming out. Now ill be in on Tuesday with the manager to end this membership.

Great gym! Love the people and the equipment is great! They are always getting new stuff I highly recommend this gym. I was disappointed when I had to move out of the area but Ari was very helpful with my cancellation and walked me through was I had to do over the phone. Awesome staff and thanks again for the workouts!
