Our Small Group Fitness training is designed to help groups of 2-5 take on high-energy workouts that are tailored to meet your unique goals and skill level.

I have worked out at various gyms, and worked with various trainers in the Rockford and Grand Rapids area over the years yet I never felt comfortable or felt I was given what I wanted or needed.The thing that was really great about working with David at Real Results Fitness was he really listened to me and I felt he truly cared.

David did a great job of meeting me where I was at in my fitness journey and assisting with my growth. I worked with him for 3 months and lost 6lbs. More than the weight, the real difference I found is in my mentality toward food, how I feel, and how my clothes fit. I would highly recommend working with David Modderman as your trainer; He knows his stuff.

David at Real Results Fitness was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding & encouraging. He truly believes in what he is teaching. He gives you the tools you need to eat healthier and develop a workout that you can also substain at home.

This was an awesome experience! My goal was to gain strength and learn how to utilize equipment properly without feeling discouraged. This was an encouraging, judgement-free zone with practical workouts that I feel confident I can maintain going forward. And it was a ton of fun too!

In David I found someone who would taylor my workout to me. He started me out where I was and moved me forward at my pace. He made sure I was doing the exercises correctly and encouraged me every step of the way. I lost 7 inches, gained lean muscle and lost 1.5% body fat. My energy increased and I was ecstatic that I felt stronger was able to do things, like sit on the floor with my kindergarten class without being in pain. I highly recommend working with David!

I participated for over a year with the Real Results program. Through the program I achieved substantial improvement in muscle strength and weight loss but more importantly decreased inches in my waist, hips and legs. This program is excellent for anyone looking to make overall improvements in their health and body strength while actually enjoying your workouts. I loved the fact that these workouts were easy to follow and results driven without beating my body up. I highly recommend this program for any age and fitness level.
