Seth was very professional and communicated well. Once we made the repair appointment by phone, we received follow up emails, an appointment reminder the day before and he called when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my almost 14 year old elliptical that was permanently stuck in high resistance. He was able to fix the problem and get everything back working again. I would highly recommend Seth if you need any work done with your fitness equipment. Hopefully my Elliptical will be good to go for awhile... but I would not hesitate to call Seth again should another issue arise

Seth was responsive from the start. He easily diagnosed the problem with my treadmill by asking a few questions and helped me to determine if repair or replacement was the best option. I was quite surprised how reasonable the quote was. Seth ordered the parts needed and repaired the treadmill at my home a few weeks later. The treadmill now works like a dream!

Seth was very responsive to communication, prompt and clear communication on repairs and cost. He was flexible and inspected our unit at our storage unit where he had to bring a generator. That is next level service! He even helped us get a free motor for our treadmill since it was under warranty that we were unaware! I would hire him again anytime. Highly recommend.

Seth! Seth is the answer. Not only did he replace my worn out treadmill belt, he repaired a spring that was making each step noisy. It's like a new machine now! Don't try to repair it yourself, there's way too many little tweaks that you can't crack the code on yourself, but Seth's already seen them and has mastered them. He's professional, tidy, explains what he's doing and you'll be satisfied. Seth!
