She is easy to follow, encouraging and knows just how far to push you so that you are getting an amazing workout while simultaneously having a blast.
Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the center of the room either standing or on the floor. This workout incorporates strength, balance, power and flexibility movements for a total body workout. This class integrates multiple styles of barre, classical ballet technique, core work, strength training, and stretching.
Yes, you must sign up for your class on mindbody to reserve your spot in class. If you are unable to make it, please cancel so someone on the wait list can attend class in your absence. Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows a full range of motion. For Barre and bbarreless classes, tops should be snug enough to prevent them from falling over your head during inverted exercises.
You must sign up for classes via MINDBODY (via the sign-up links on this site or on the app). All classes have a maximum number of clients that will be admitted to class to ensure the classes aren't too full and that everyone has space for a great workout. Upon arrival at the studio, please sign in with the instructor.
Heini from Sherwood Massage is coming to Blaze Fitness to lead a workshop on foam rolling and soft tissue self-care. She will introduce you to the what, why, and how of foam rolling, and show you how to use rollers sticks and balls. For Kids Sake Blaze Fitness is partnering with Sherwood For Kids Sake to help our local families.

Best studio in town!!! Love the mix of upbeat dance cardio, rockstar drumming pound, and killer barre/ballet inspired toning workouts. Everything you'd need to challenge your body in one studio, and most importantly, it's FUN!!! All workouts are offered livestream, and for in person classes, Diane (the owner) has mastered COVID-era fitness. The studio is spotless, and she has several measures in place to ensure appropriate physical distancing, eliminate surface transmission, etc. If you haven't yet visited, you're missing out.

I was introduced to blaze fitness from a friend, and wow I'm so glad I was! The classes are so fun, upbeat, and just such a positive experience. I can't begin to explain how much confidence this place has given me in a short few weeks! I especially love dance fitness with Diane. She is such a vibrant and fun instructor that will make you feel like you're not even working out! Every time I leave a class, I'm raving about it all night to all of my friends. I was working out for about 3 years consistently and was just in the gym lifting. I quit working out all together for about

Love the Barre classes at Blaze fitness!!! The upbeat music and instructors make the class super fun! It's one of the first barre classes I've taken where I actually get sweaty!! It's great because you are clearly building muscle in all the areas you need while getting a cardio work out in too!! I've taken the boot camp classes and those are great too!! Fun music and a hard work out!!!
