Our training center is clean, healthy, and community driven. Our members are committed to a life style to support each other and is defined by health, strength, and overall wellness. We are a private fitness facility with a community of beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. We focus on sanitary conditions with hourly cleaning routines and individual responsibility.

We specialize in working with each individual on achieving their specific fitness goals wherever you may be in your fitness journey. We offer semi-private group training, yoga and online programming for all ages. If you are looking for a space to build strength and wellness with excellent coaching, physical distance requirements, and individual training, we've got you.
Services
Strength and Conditioning: Our programs consist of strength, conditioning, recovery and rest. Programs are designed to fit your specific goals and needs. Once assessed, we can decide what training option will work best for you. We offer private one on one and semi-private group sessions. 20% off Unlimited Monthly Training & Yoga or Group Training 10 Pack for students and small business owners.
I feel so fortunate to have met Ami. As a working mom, I go through phases in terms of my commitment to working out. Whether I am in a six workouts/week or two workouts/week phase, Ami is always there, encouraging me to get the most out of every session. Throughout the last 18+ years, I have worked out by myself, worked out in groups, and worked with multiple personal trainers.

I came to Adira as a recreational runner with no weightlifting experience. As a woman in my fifties, I wanted to build strength and find a fitness routine I could maintain. I cannot say enough good things about Ami's program. She is welcoming, encouraging, relatable, and I seriously look forward to coming to class every single time. In four months, I have seen so much improvement in strength and mobility. I could not do a single pushup when I started and she made me believe I could hit my goal of five pushups and within no time, she got me to ten pushups. As a added bonus, my running pace improved

As a woman who has a lot of experience with gym memberships (over a decade of wasted gym memberships costing me thousands of dollars with little to no results) I have to say that Adira Fitness is by far the best investment that I have ever made in my health and wellness. Ami (Owner) is hands down the BEST! Ami is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and someone that I look forward to seeing 5 days a week. I have spent years unable to keep my commitments or follow through with anything and for the last 3 months I have not missed a session with Ami! That is a true testament to how amazing this

This is a fantastic facility. The classes are small, and there is a lot of personal instruction. Ami focuses on improving the individual while avoiding injury. I made huge improvements in strength and lifted weights I would never have thought possible. I highly recommend Adira Fitness for all skill and fitness levels.

Ami and Steve have provided stellar training to me from day 1! I am so happy to be a member and have learned life long health tips and skills by training at Adira! Ami is the absolute best! I have never been consistent with any workout before I came to Adira Fitness! She cares so much about each individual & focuses on giving you the best workout for your needs! She understands that some clients have different injuries that require alterations to the workout which I have found priceless! She is so knowledgeable & I have never seen better results before I came to her gym! I can’t recommend Adira more!
