The rental company was very nice. The house was convenient to the beach but had several problems. The blinds are broken and would not open. Beds very uncomfortable. Nothing to use in kitchen. Floors filthy and we had no water every morning when we got up. Had to wait for it to come on around 9:00 am. Not very cozy and inviting. Other houses have been much nicer. Very disappointed.

We got to our rental home in Destin at 10:30 at night. We had only been in it a few minutes when we all realized we had fleas on us! We quickly got out of the house and got the few bags out that we had taken inside. We brushed off and called Bliss/ Five Star Realty. They got back with us about 30 minutes later and said they had two rentals that were open but they were more expensive. I told them this was not our fault and we were not paying more money. We needed to know if they had anywhere we could stay. We had driven for 10 hours. They said they could not. I told them that was terribly unacceptable

We stayed at the Flip Flop Inn last October and LOVED it. It was our bi-annual girls trip and the house was perfect. We had more than enough room, and it was so charmingly decorated. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and there were such nice amenities and touches throughout the house. We sat on both the main level porch and the upper level porch every single day, whether for our coffee chat in the morning to discuss our day or for cocktails in the evening. The bikes were a very nice addition - used them daily to ride down the road to breakfast or lunch - trail was right across the road, A1A
