Having stayed at Sterling Shores in the past, I knew we made the right choice from the moment we stepped into condo. It was beautiful with great views and well-equipped! Although this was unplanned, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the beach.

We paid over $500 per night for a property rented to us by Destin Beach Realty through VRBO. Not really sure where to start, guess I’ll start with the front door. There was a 12 inch gap in the blinds on the front door. I don’t care if it is a gated community or not, this will make anyone feel uncomfortable. Then when you walk in the door the first thing you see is the side of a refrigerator that is rusted. Huge turnoff, again for over $500 per night. Speaking of the refrigerator, it was so old it never cooled down, and we kept all of our beverages in coolers as suggested by the company. Finally

If you are planning to visit mammoth cave national park, this hotel is the best option. It's almost 3-4 miles from hotel. Stayed for one night. Located in a prime location adjacent to Highway. Staff were customer friendly and helpful. WiFi networks too bad and very slow have to work on it. You cannot do daily routine internet activities with speed provided in hotel. Breakfast options was very less only flakes and milk have to work on extra options including spicy food. Well maintained, secured environment and Spacious Parking space available. Overall it was pleasent experience to stay.

If there was a way to give it no stars, I would. We checked in and were given a packet with keys and access code to the deeded beach. The access code was not correct. It included an alpha-character and there was not one on the gate. Ants in the living room and towels that looked like someone stole them from a Holiday Inn in 1973. When we checked out I tried to let them know about the access code. The rude people that worked there got defensive and said the correct code was in the packet on another piece of paper. I challenged them to find it. She would not even look for it because she knew she

After reading some of the negative feedback that has been left on Google, I was hesitant about renting a condo through Destin Beach Realty. But, I decided to go ahead and give them a chance. I am so glad I did. From beginning to end everything went smoothly. They were super helpful and friendly. They gave excellent customer service! Would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

While the condo is great, dealing with Destin Beach Realty was terrible. Heather, the manager was short, rude and terse to deal with over the phone. Quite an eye opener for a customer who is spending close to $1000 with their company. Obviously we are aware that they only receive a portion of these funds, however future and current property owners beware - this person could literally scare off your business with her short and rude behavior. She obviously needs a lesson in customer service 101 and how to work with customers to ensure that not only their stay is flawless, but the logistics behind
