You will receive 7% off our base rent Offer not valid with other specials, stays longer than 14 days and new reservations only. Priority check in- If the condo is ready after 2pm you can check in without paying the early check in fee. Just text me when you get to Destin. As a part of your stay, you may purchase a damage waiver designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.

We have stayed at Skis & Seas Vacation Rentals three times over the last two years and already have another trip booked! We love their condos at the Westwinds in Sandestin. The check-in and check-out process is easy. The photos of the condos represent the condition of the properties well. Marcella and Justin have been responsive to all questions or any issues that my arise. We'll continue to book with them for the foreseeable future. Thanks for the lovely properties and memories!

Booked for a 2 month stay with Marcella who was a pleasure to work with. The room we initially were booked in sold so Marcella personally came to our room to explain we might need to move which we did. A very minor inconvenience that Marcella handled like a pro. We are already booked for 2 months next year.

We’ve stayed with Seas and Skis at Sandestin the last few years and everything has always been perfect. Marcella and the team are always quick to respond to questions or if we are in need of assistance, although truthfully I can’t remember ever having a any real problems. The condo is amazing and we will continue to stay with them. Can’t wait to see the beach again soon. Highly recommend!

The check in / check out process is easy! I will definitely use her again this October when we return to Miramar Beach! My family was pleased.

Rented Passage Point Condo #505 from Marcella in Copper Mountain for Thanksgiving week for the fifth consecutive year! We enjoy this condo because of the tremendous view of Mountain, significant space in three bedroom rental,great location in center village , amenities available including washer and dryer and the ease in working and communicating with Marcella! All these reasons and more is why we just keep coming back to enjoy Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandkids! Perfect setting for awesome memories!!
