Dr. Daniela Toro attended Boston University School of Dental Medicine and obtained her Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, a Master in Sciences in Dentistry. Dr. Fertman attended Cornell University and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, and Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.
All orthodontists must be licensed to practice, but at this time only 1 in 3 orthodontists have continued on to complete Board Certification. The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification process signifies a unique achievement-a significant step beyond the two to three years of advanced education required for a dentist to become a specialist in orthodontics.
As a courtesy to you and your family dentist, we will always discuss the feasibility of braces or tooth straightening without charging a fee for the initial consultation. This is one of the questions that parents most commonly ask Dr. Toro and Dr. Fertman. This is not always in the best interests of patients for the following reasons.
Dr. Daniela Toro and Dr. Arthur Fertman will conduct a thorough clinical orthodontic examination and they will explain the findings and aspects of treatment. If orthodontic treatment is indicated at this time, an appointment for Diagnostic Records is scheduled. If time allows, these diagnostic records can be taken at the initial visit.

Dr. Toro is an amazing doctor and person. We felt welcome at her practice! She is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Toro took her time to explain our situation in detail and to share her plan with us. She took into consideration our needs and was able to design a treatment plan to minimize treatment cost and time to get great results. Her staff is amazing too. We are very pleased!

Dr Toro was absolutely amazing! What a breath of fresh air to have such a positive experience at the orthodontics. We had our first visit/consultation for my son Bryce and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Made us feel so comfortable about the entire process and what to expect financially and procedurally.. we look forward to working with Dr. Toro to correct my sons overbite and teeth alignment.
