By far the best set up I’ve seen for an apartment building that pretty much parallels what you would expect from a mom and pop small batch coffee shop (which is what a true coffee lover always prefers). Maryoly offers extensive options that will please any palette, is super personable and just creates such a welcoming experience.

The Preserve property is absolutely beautiful. I visited a friend and stayed in their guest suite and it was so much better than going to a hotel. They have a barista, gym, steam room and a business center. I was blown away! I do not live in the building, so I cannot speak from a residents stand point, but as a guest of a resident, I was very impressed!

Barista Maryoly Ayala is a friendly person by nature and serves great cup of Joe in the morning. She keeps the community together with her calm smiling demeanor and always ready to help residents with any questions they may have. She is a wonderful asset to the community.

My children and I just moved here about a month ago to Preserve at Westfields! And let me just say everything has been awesome!!! The community and the commute to everything is great!! The staff(Davalon,Mick,Bailey,James,Cristal)all showed great hospitality!! It's very fresh and clean.Their amenities and floor plans are very impressive! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!!!!!

We stayed in the guest suite at Preserve and it was perfect! Mick was an amazing host and was so kind. He even waited for us when we arrived late due to traffic. The property is beautiful and Mick was great. We will definitely stay here again!

I toured this property a few months back and instantly fell in love! They have great amenities, located in a convenient area and the staff was great. I was looking to move from out of state, James was a huge help getting me situated until I was able to come see it in person.

The Preserves at Westfields is one of the best communities! These luxury apartments are gorgeous with all the upgrades in every unit. Not to mention amenities are great too. My wife and I chose these apartments because of the location and all the shops/dining options that are available at our fingertips. We love the Preserves at Westfields and staff so much and have always had great service from the staff, that we gladly signed another year. We could not have found a better place!

I love living at the Preserve. I have been here for about 6 months now and I have no complaints. The amenities are amazing, especially the gym! Preserve has one of the biggest and nicest gym I have ever seen at an apartment complex. Finally the staff is so great they are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like you are part of the preserve family :)
