I love this place! Can't say enough about how kind and helpful all the staff are. Above and beyond is an understatement! I forgot my ID when I had my tour, and Gemma DROVE to where I was to give it back! My apartment is beautiful and roomy, everything is clean and in working order, the grounds are well maintained, the community is quiet, it's close to tons of great restaurants and shops. The price is lower than anything comparable in the area, but it still feels luxurious. Pool, gym, fun community perks (today we got free breakfast). Parking is free, and there's plenty. I have been living at Regency at The Park since February it is a very peaceful quiet such a wonderful community the residents are friendly courteous, The staff and maintenance Staff are helpful very courtesy and all repairs are done very quickly. Jessica the property manager ensure that things are done correct and I will greatly miss Andrea she was very kind.

If I could give Reserve at Regency Park a 10 here, I would.
I have lived here since February of 2016, and I love it.
The grounds are maintained very well. The maintenance personnel are responsive. A lot of people here have pets, but the neighborhood is so clean, you'd never know it. It is very safe here. There is a Fairfax Connector bus stop in the neighborhood, with stops at the Giant shopping center, Target/Costco shopping centers, Fair Lakes shopping center, to Stone Road Commuter Lot, and to Vienna metro, if you don't have a car. The neighborhood is nestled at the end of the Newgate neighborhood

You Never will get your deposit. Instead a bill. The head manager is rude, disrespectful, Vengeful,
Living here could have been less miserable. Jessica, however will make sure you are miserable! No respect or decency.
Don't be fooled by the price it goes up after you sign the lease. That's when your told of the extra fees, when it's too late!
The smell alone should've been a give away. Remodeling was a joke. For 2 month I woke up to someone hammering away outside my window.
This place sucks!

I love living here; the office staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff has been responsive.
Gemma from the office is super helpful and awesome.
It's pretty dope to have an apartment with a Nest thermostat, my utility bills are always manageable because so.
I've never once heard my neighbors fighting or you know what, it's been an absolute haven to have a quiet, comfortable, and safe home.

This is a nice place to live! The staff are all so nice. I’m very sad to see these recent reviews specifically about Jessica she has been gone for maternity leave so I’m in shock that all of sudden her name is coming up so negatively funny story I was just in the leasing office and she is not even working right now for months. She has always been so friendly, professional. The entire staff from Troy who is now gone, to Gemma who is new and always makes me smile.
