Providence Place Apartment Homes is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.
HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.

This place started off great. It now seems like it's falling apart. Kids are always screaming and fighting. Parents just let them run around and tear things up with no supervision. Maintenance is rude and very slow to respond. I'm sick of my appliances not working. I put in a request over a week ago and haven't even heard back.

I haven’t even been here 2 months and I have experienced more bad then good!! First when I moved in my apartment wasn’t even ready or cleaned! 2nd extremely bad noise from the neighbors all through the night. I have spoke to the office which was a waste of time because it’s still happening. 3rd Nasty walkways!!! Trash bags being left in the hallways. Spiders and bugs inside and outside the apartments.! 4th I still need a new refrigerator!!! I have pictures of how my apartment looks and I emailed them over I won’t post here but I’m still disappointed! I went from being extremely excited

I just got done having the most ridiculous conversation with one of the leasing agents. First all they changed their office hours, but didn’t bother to update their website or Google, so I arrived an hour and a half before they say they are closing online to find the office doors locked. I was able to speak to a leasing agent that walked by and I informed him that I made the drive here because I had tried calling several times over the past two weeks and left several messages to call me back in regards to leasing a one bed apartment and nobody had bother to return my calls. Online, it says that

Went here to fill out an application, took a seat in the lobby because the worker was on the phone, when he got off the phone instead of getting up to get my friend and I, he decided to yell from his desk to the lobby. My friend had also been emailing someone who worked at the complex about an apartment and drove 40 minutes to fill out the application. Once we got there the guy informed us that the place has been bought out. The lady my friend had talked to never informed him about this. Never lived here, just came in for an application and didn't have the best experience, wouldn't recommend

I love this property! It’s very active and family friendly— there’s always kids playing outside and families cooking out. Personally, one of my favorite properties I’ve ever lived on. I grew up here as a kid from 2005-2017 and recently moved back to the property as an adult with my husband. The office is so nice, and so helpful!!!!

I am a new resident at Providence Place and I just wanted to comment on the absolute BEST customer service I've ever received trying to get into an apartment. I worked with Deshon and he went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were able to get things done in a timely manner. I was on a time crunch to move and he kept me updated frequently about things I needed to provide and when I could expect to move in. Very honest, hardworking, and professional. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort he put into getting us set up in our new place. 10/10 I would recommend. Thank you!
