This company manages the complex where my dad lived for a long time. I've had to interact with them a few times lately, both at the property manager's office and the maintenance staff, and every time they've been extremely helpful, professional and accommodating.

I was invited for an interview from Mr Topps to come on Saturday at 11.45am at Fairway Vista apartments. I drove an hour for this appointment and arrived at 11.30 I was greeted by Bonnie the receptionist who indeed was very pleasant. I was asked to sit and wait and Mr Topps would be right with me. At 12.45 another applicant walked in for her interview and was asked to sit and wait and she was informed I was ahead of her as I've been waiting. In walks Mr Topps from the pool area and walks up to the the 2nd applicant and greets her and invites her to come with him. Bonnie the receptionist advised

Unprofessional, business not done in a timely manner, disrespectful and rude to customers.
Office manager expects customers to be polite and understanding but she doesn't apply the same standards to her own behavior . She made me to feel like worthless person when I called to check what happened with documents I requested 18 days earlier and paid for in full.

Rude unprofessional and treat you as though your lower for needing something from them. They treat costumers rudely and be little them. They are not time managed very well and if they feel your unimportant they show it and let you wait 6 months for repairs on a property they swore they would fix. For what they lack in people skills,time management ,and resources they lack even more character,integrity, and a general good standing environment you need to feel with professionals you are trusting. They let apartments sit vacant for over 6 months and remodel ones that are spotless and perfect. Negelct
