Absolutely recommend. Simply excellent. Very kind and professional management and staff which is just a very rare thing, having lived at several apartments in baltimore, this is the best, by alot. Hardwood floors are actually hardwood floors. Bozzuto and all these other ugly buildings downtown have paper thin wood flooring. The flooring at ICON is fantastic - it really makes a difference. It can be slightly noisy when they have movies, but it is usually quiet by 10 or 11...

I think it’s great,
The dark haired white guy walking around with an Icon polo and a radio for Icon, feels that they have the worst security team he has ever worked with. He said the security team was just there to breath the air. He should know, he said he had worked with a lot of security teams he said.
He was walking around the shop entrances speaking about it on the phone in front of shop customers and the general public.
Such an unprofessional attitude.

I moved into the Icon Residences several weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. As soon as you join this diverse community of people from all ages and walks of life, you tend to feel that you’re a part of something truly special; a community. My dog loves being greeted by the friendly employees and neighbors. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance from the building: organic grocery, yoga studio, take-out options, and more! Super secure parking and Incredibly safe! I moved into the ICON Residences four months ago, sight unseen. Except for viewing the gallery photos on the website. The reason for that is because this is where I knew I wanted to live. It has been GREAT!! It feels like I’m living in a hotel sometimes, with a concierge at the front desk, 24 hour security and a staff of people always cleaning the building. The amenities are cool; gym, yoga studio, pool, club room, conference room, guest suite rental, mail room, storage units, outdoor grills, package room and pet spa. The perk of having a garage to park my car gives me the luxury to park on the

In December 2018, I moved to the Icon residences from out of state. The ladies in the leasing office helped me tour apartments virtually when I couldn't come to see apartment and with the lease. Once I moved in I could not have been happier. Everyone who works here is friendly and eager to help when needed. The apartments are beautiful and when I needed maintenance, they are here almost immediately. We have 24 hour security so I feel extra safe. Having recently downsized from our large house, my wife and I have been living here almost 3 years now and truly love the ICON Residences. The facility is absolutely fantastic, with all the amenities anyone could ever want.....gym, swimming pool, community room, espresso/coffee 'bar', garage parking, inviting lobby area.....like living in a 4 star hotel ! I had a tour scheduled for 430pm today. Called 3x and the leasing agent never answered the phone. My girlfriend and I showed up 30min early to our appointment and the agent still wasn’t at the office. None of the security staff had the agent’s number and didn’t care to be helpful at all (they cleared out and abandoned the front desk which was super odd). We waited 10min and left, wouldn’t recommend to anyone as the location had a bad vibe and no one was helpful. Definitely lost my business...

Been living here since '17, and it's been terrific seeing the area and community grow. Slightly pricey, but 100% worth it just for the wonderful staff, services and amenities.
Nina been been especially wonderful to liaison with in regards to our lease, and goes the extra mile in every respect. Always a please to speak to Laura at the front desk who is always happy to answer questions and help in any way possible.

It has been a great place to live so far. Even as the building and area has grown and finished construction, it has been seamless. The staff is great and welcoming. The amenities are convenient and plenty. The gym is even better than the new Brick Body’s next door and it’s included. Parking is easy as you can park on your own floor. Super easy to walk to restaurants and shops on the avenue. Also there are many events on the plaza such as the food truck festival and the building has several events every month.

Communication on our move out was very poor and rather than take responsibility for that I was told 'it's in the lease' on some pretty big and inconvenient details. Forgot an item and emailed to ask them to try and save it and heard nothing back, concierge basically refused to catch any packages that may slip through after we move out said it will most likely be sent back because there are just too many residents.. not impressed, they may wow you on the way in but service will go down when they have you on the hook. Try Bozzuto I lived with them before this and the service was much better, night
