My husband and I lived here when we had our first baby. I loved it. Yes a few exchanged words between us and management but nothing that was never easily resolved. Very quiet I loved the free parking
You don’t have to worry about being towed. I would have stayed but my husband felt they were a bit expensive and once he fixed our credit enough we moved but other than that great, quiet property. The 100$ a day late fee after the 10th or 3rd was harsh but as long as you pay your rent in a timely manner no problems or notices taped to your door

I currently live here. Management has always been very responsive to any issues, very respectful team, always prompt on maintenance issues, I can't complain. They expect you to follow your lease and pay your rent on time as anyone else would. It's very quiet here and I have never had any issues with loud neighbors or loud music or any kind of disturbance. The grounds are always kept nice and clean.

I would never recommend Trinity Trace for anyone. I came to this office thinking that I would actually get a second chance at living somewhere. Instead I felt that they found every reason to not approve you so they can keep $200 of your money. I was first told that they were just waiting on rental verification by one person. Then the manager spoke with me and said the same thing, but 20 minutes into a conversation denied me for something on my background from 20 years ago. Then why waste my time talking about anything else??? On top of that, they never give calls back. You have to call them. In

I've currently been living in Trinity Trace for the last 3 or 4 years. The staff has been wonderful to me. If something needed to be fixed, they were in it. Most of the time it's done same day.
I haven't had any problems here. The office staff Lisa, Pam and Vianca are wonderful people. No roaches or any kind of bugs in my unit. I'm the type of person who will bomb my new place b4 moving in any way.
The complex is quite. You don't see people just hanging around being loud.
My lease is coming to an end in October & I'm ONLY considering moving because I'm in need of a 2bdrm and I was quoted $1480

I loved area and apartments were pretty cool. The neighbors didn't bother me, I didn't have ANY PEST PROBLEMS OR RODENTS!!! Management always came to fix whatever promptly. Apartments are going to differ based on the resident... It's all on how you conduct yourself in determining how you get treated most times.... Again, I Highly recommend this property to anyone trying to start off or start over!! I only moved because I needed a three bedroom...
