We had a very negative experience with this firm. We made reservations for a condominium in April of 2019 and paid for one-half of the rent in the amount of 1330.11. Pursuant to the reservation agreement I called the firm on February 6, 2020 to pay the balance due. They refused to process the payment. I called the firm for twelve straight days and they did not have the courtesy to respond to my calls. At the same time I emailed the firm. They did not respond to my emails. They unilaterally canceled our reservations and have taken no action to refund our first payment.
