Services
Owners Monty and Capprice Kitchen have been local residents since 2013 when they fell in love with Amelia Island. Monty visited here on a business trip that year and we he returned home to Texas told Capprice "I found our spot". A month later they both returned and on day two of the trip Capprice said "when are we moving?".

This was our first time staying at the Sand Dollar Villas and we have found a new home. This place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We plan on staying here every year from now on. The condo was perfect, the pool was clean and sparkling, the views from our balcony ( condo #213) were breathtaking. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the most perfect 7 days we could have ever asked for.

Alexander James.Martinez, I totally agree. The Manager here appears confused and I say that seriously. I stayed back in April and never received a receipt, contract or nothing. I booked it by phone and c.card thinking it was for booking. She charged the card immediately for the room a Ling with 500.00 deposit. I waited 2 weeks for a copy of the contract and never received it. Upon arrival, she told me where to find the key and stated she would give a receipt upon leaving. Prepared to leave early and she was no where to be found. She never sent my deposit back. The bank reimbursed me however, because

200 SAND DOLLAR VILLA RENTAL (I heard better comments from other villa rentals that were closer to the beach - the villa number gets higher as you get closer to the beach)
The PROs:
Price = stay 2 nights, get the 3rd free. Nice!
Equipment = tv/cable worked, clean fridge/freezer, great A/C, lights worked, etc.
Bathroom vanities = Newer vanities that look upgraded like the owners care
Balcony view = can see the ocean from the balcony
The CONs:
Bedroom size = the second (queen) room is only as big as the bed and you can't use the closet. Nowhere to set even a luggage bag except the floor and

We stayed over Thanksgiving so we could visit our Grandmother in the area. The location was.good but on arrival had to do a little cleaning ( little hairs around the sink and toilet in the bathroom, some of the dishes had to be rewashed, etc). Then after we left, we got an email from the condo owner claiming that a rug had to be replaced and that the cleaning people had to spend extra time because we were messy. We were shocked as we take pride in leaving a place cleaner than we found it. I guess they fabricate stories to get out of paying your deposit back. Very disappointing!
