Services
Once you have reserved a property, you will receive an individual lease agreement. Please review, sign, and fax or scan back to Premier Beach Rentals. No reservation is confirmed until this lease has been received by us and the initial payment processed. Each property has requirements for minimum nights based on the time of year (3, 5 or 7 Nights).
The Amelia Island Welcome Center is a great place to start exploring Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island! The Visitor's Center is located at 102 Centre St in the historic downtown. The most historic part of Amelia Island is Fort Clinch. Construction began on the fort in 1847, and it is still standing today!
A: Each rental is prestocked with a "Starter Kit". You will have a limited supply of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish washing Detergent, Dish Washing Soap and Trash Bags to get you started. A: All of our homes come with all major appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Lee Steger sent a request for confirmation email that included a few items that were not included in the documentation online...for instance paying extra for bed sheets and an additional 3% charge for credit card usage. I emailed immediately to ask what those 2 items were.....no response.....I called and left a message....no response....day 2 I called again....no response...day 3 I called and emailed again...no response. Unbelievable!
Who knows what the property is like, but with no response from the listing agent, I"m not sure we will ever see the property. And I certainly wouldn't trust someone

Rhona was AMAZING to work with! We had to change our beach plans due to Tropical Storm Barry 24 hours before we were to check in. Rhona helped me find the perfect place to stay. The town house was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and was very spacious! We’ll definitely be renting from Premier Rentals again!

I have rented three times at three different places on Fernandina Beach from Rhona, sometimes with extended family, sometimes with just my husband and daughter, most recently even with our dog as well, all of which were great and as advertised The most recent visit was to a beautiful condo on the beach, Coral Sands. The condo was beautiful, the views were fantastic, the kitchen was very well equipped, including small details like spices and plastic wrap, etc... Rhona is extremely nice, well-organized, and quick to respond. We will definitely return soon!

We've now rented twice from Rhona, for multi-generation family getaways. Not only were both properties comfy, clean, and just as advertised, Rhona went above and beyond in making things easier for us. She's responsive and was kind enough to find, then send, a left-behind tooth guard for one of our party. Wonderful to work with you, Rhona!

The Coral Sands condo was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. Rhona was terrific to work with, very responsive. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the front screen door needs work and the deck door was installed backwards. The bathroom was fine although updating would be great. The kitchen was well stocked and the king size bed was very comfortable.

I rented 2 different units from Rhona while looking for a permanent place to live. I had a very good experience working with her. She was very understanding and flexible. When I was stuck - she was able to find me another house to rent fairly quickly. She is quick to respond. I would definitely rent from her again.
