Our review for your Amelia Island Vacations web site link for C3 Captains House: We've stayed in different condos on Amelia Island and we will now only stay in unit C3 (Captains House) in the future. Even if we need to change our vacation dates! This condo is even better than the beautiful photos. It is obvious the new owners really care about their renters and our enjoyment of this condo.
Reservations - a dedicated reservation desk manages inquiries, the booking process and guest services throughout their stay. Property Protection & Care - keyless entry, detailed inventory lists, property inspection prior to guest arrival and following their departure. Housekeeping - inhouse housekeeping staff are held accountable to consistently achieve high standards of service that 3rd party services cannot.

Do not rent from this company. No customer service at all. Our house does not have a functional grill, ice maker in freezer is inoperable, and we were greeted with overflowing garbage and recycling cans in the driveway. Office staff is rude and makes no concessions. We’ve called each day of our vacation and have yet to receive correspondence on any of these items. 3 days in, no ice, no working grill and Anita has just told us that she’s being very patient with us. Not sure what alternate world we’ve moved into where the service “provider“ needs to patient with the paying customer, but

Whether you need a vacation for the family or just for yourself Amelia Island Vacations will handle everything for you! Chelsea Cook knows the island very well and she can hook you up with activities and places to eat on the island. She can even get you some discounts at some of the local restaurants. Hands down a do over for me and my family will definitely use them again!

Oh my goodness. I am not sure how to put into words just how amazing Chelsea Cook is. She knows the island inside and out, she can hook you up with nearly an activity the island has to off. She can even get you some discounts at some of the finest restaurants. I LOVE her passion and enthusiasm. And the rentals being magazine ready isn't bad either.

Great staff and management. They make sure you’re comfortable during your entire stay as well as giving recommendations for places to eat, see and local island treasures! If I ever needed anything they were available to help us out. Its my go to ‘staycation’ and when I have friends or family coming in and not all can fit at my house we use them. I highly recommend rental properties through this company. Great team and everyone is willing to help out and assist where needed.

We had friends who were getting married here in Fernandina and wanted beach proximity accommodation fir all their family coming for the wedding. They said the most wonderful things about the properties being just perfect and that the new management, especially Chelsea Cook, made everything from the booking to the checking out easy. Based on this feedback , My future daughter in law family has booked a house for our sons February wedding on Amelia island.

In October 2018 we attended a family reunion in Fernandina Beach, FL. Months before our reunion we arranged for a 2BR unit from Amelia Island Vacations, then requested a 3BR unit to accommodate an extra family member. We were told it would be the same price and received an email confirming this.
A couple weeks before our arrival an Amelia Island Vacations staff member called to say we must pay considerably more (76%) for the larger unit. We thought this was shocking, as it was too late to shop around for other lodging on this Columbus Day weekend. When we asked them to honor the price quoted,
