We can’t say enough about Destination Amelia! Their customer service is way above and beyond! Everybody we’ve ever spoken with, emailed, etc has been very quick to respond and incredibly helpful.
We’ve stayed in a couple different units over the past 4 years of going to Amelia Island and they’ve been exactly what we need! Very clean, well kept, well stocked, very comfortable!
We would definitely recommend you visit Amelia Island and when you do, definitely book through Destinstion Amelia.

Destination Amelia has managed my property at Oceans of Amelia for almost 4 years. The contract terms for owners were the best around. The people who work there are great and have been very responsive for both small and major repairs. They are locally owned and know the island and local repair people well. If you are looking for a great property management company, do yourself a favor and talk with the people at Destination Amelia.

The entire team at Destination Amelia is top notch. Communication, friendliness, compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness. I have over 15 years of customer service experience personally, and this company is the gold standard. My family has had wonderful experiences with DA through hurricanes and the pandemic alike. We have stayed six years at Oceans of Amelia, and the condos are beautiful. Location cannot be beat. Special kudos to Ryan, Chelsea, and Traci. We look forward to future stays at Oceans of Amelia and working with Destination Amelia.

Our relationship began as rentals for vacations. We found Destination Amelia was friendly, accommodating, attention to cleanliness and details. We had used other vacation rental companies previously, but cleanliness and convenience was lacking.
When we purchased our own vacation rental, we were pleased to contract with Destinations Amelia as our property manager. We had a great experience in on an Ohio Avenue condo in Fernandina Beach which was managed by Destination Amelia. The condo was clean, welcoming and exactly what we expected. Cleanliness is always a huge factor for me, especially now and it exceeded my expectations. The process of reserving, checking in and checking out was easy and the employees were responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I booked a month long reservation with them, only to have them cancel the booking after I had purchased non refundable plane tickets. I signed a rental contract, assuring my end of the responsibility for this month long rental. The deposit was charged to my credit card. I received an email a few days later telling me the unit would not be available and they could not find me another unit for the agreed upon monthly price. Needless to say, I have spent the day trying to find a place to stay. It will not be for the month, which resulted in flight change fees

My family has been vacationing on Amelia Island since 2007, and our favorite "home at the beach" is 1807 Turtle Dunes. This beautifully furnished condo on the ground floor can easily accommodate my husband and me, our daughter and her husband, and their two children. It is also pet friendly which is such a blessing. The green space off the patio for is perfect for the kids and our Labrador Retriever who loves to retrieve tennis balls and roll around in the sand! The short walk to the beach is so easy, and the view is lovely. Ryan Deems and his wonderful Destination Amelia staff are very helpful
