We rented the Manatee Lagoon. The view was amazing. The place had waterfall showers off the master and 2 of the guestrooms. The recliners in the livingroom were really comfy with adjustable headrests and charge station built in for your electronics. There were more than enough towels and linens.
The pool and hot tub were very clean. Spent many evenings and early mornings enjoying the views from the back balcony, watching the manatees, turtles, dolphins and other area wildlife. The screened in porch was an added plus.
Some of the reviews mentioned extra cleaning fees....did not happen to us and

We will not be renting anything from this company again. We had a boat rented for 2 weeks and had several issues with the boat. Boat had not been cleaned before I got it. Trash and debris, I had to clean up myself. Issues with live well twice, and steering went out while I was on the water. They did come and fix the first issue with the well and the steering. Then this morning we get up earlier to have everything ready to go out for our last day and find out the well is not working (this was the 2nd time). We understand it was early when we called about the issue but the guy was very rude over

Rented a boat for a week. The boat was waiting at our rental upon arrival. The young man that arrived for the boat walk through was knowledgable and professional. We did have an issue with the boat but once we called 2 gentlemen came promptly, when it couldnt be fixed on the spot, they made sure we got to our rental and had it fixed by the next day. They refunded a day and a half back to us. Even though there was this issue I still give the 5 stars because things happens, the way issues are addressed matters. Whenever we had questions about anything we always had a quick response. Will be renting

My big mistake was not reading reviews on this company before renting a boat. Afterwards, I found
a review from a month earlier by a Craig Edmonston, exactly describing his renting of the same boat I was given and the exact same problems.
My contract was for a 24’ Boston Whaler, instead I received a 24’ Edgewater in horrible condition. This was possibly a bait and switch deal. Gauges didn’t work, had to open a hatch in the floor to see a fuel gauge. VHF radio seemed to work but had no coax connection. Again, same issue as described a month earlier in Mr. Edmonston’s review. Boat had significant

Please never rent from them!! They are incredibly unprofessional from the beginning! Our boats engine kept going out on us and then when we docked it the water pump kept running and therefore draining the battery. When we called about this, they were completely put off that we had an issue. We later called them back and just asked if they could take it back since it wasn’t working and Adam said “we don’t do that” and hung up on us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I never do reviews but they were so horrible that I don’t want anyone to go through the same thing

Stayed at ocean view house - there was 2 wash clothes for 4 guest , few towels - disappointing.
I would not rent this property again , the owner needs to invest in some supplies - towels etc .
The home next door you could rent from conch was Amazing !! Obviously different owners ( I would rent that one next time )
The owner could provide even a broom ! - a glass broke I had to pick the shattered pieces up with my hands and make sure everyone had shoes on .
Not any cleaning supplies people pay good money to rent and as a quest should not have to go spend $100.00 on cleaning supplies -I think

Almost came to blows with the owner Adam. We rented one of his boats for the week. His son dropped the boat off at rental house we stayed at and tied it up to the dock. I unfortunately got the flu and was in bed the entire trip. Never touched, moved, or retied the boat up. We spent $1,200.00 to rent the boat and never was feeling ok to use it. End of the week comes, winds pick up and one of the ropes they tied the boat up with must of come loose. The boat scrapped up against the hard limestone shoreline and did some damage to one of the rear corners of the boat. My wife and I saw the boat was loose

I rented one of there boats July 2017 in marathon. Boat was waiting for us at our rental when we arrived. I was around 3 hours late due to traffic and they still met me after hours to go over everything. Had one minor problem with the battery a few miles out. Kinda scary but made a call and in only a few we were rescued. Fixed the loose connection and all was good. I made sure to leave the motor running offshore after that lol. Don't know about there rental houses but I will definitely book the boat again.

Just returned from a vacation in Marathon FL. We booked a home through Conch Realty and it was the worst experience with a rental company I've had since we've been going to Florida for over 25 years. Professionalism isn't a term that they are familiar with at this company. One of the agents, Clare comes across as amicable at first but when it came to money, that southern charm went south. They charge a $225.00 cleaning fee and let me tell you it doesn't cover much. Be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies because the cleaning service doesn't want to have to do anymore than they need to.
