Coco Plum Vacation Rentals

We rented w this company in November. As soon as we had confirmed our stay the red flags began waving.
The house smelled horrible like wet dog when we arrived. Had to clean all of the floors and use disinfectant and a candle to improve the smell and make it tolerable.
Neighbor on one side had an extremely loud bird that yells wildly throughout the day if you’re outside. The neighbor on the other side trims bushes between the property and stares over at you, so no privacy. We also think he called the community enforcement car about garbage cans being out too early the day before they’re supposed

Second time renting from Coco Plum and once again it was a fabulous experience! Communication was great, starting weeks before our trip with an online guidebook for our house and ideas for things to do in Marathon. We continued to receive texts throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. We stayed at Casa Playa and it was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, watching games on the big screen tv, playing pool and cooking in the outdoor kitchen. We loved having access to the kayaks and paddle board and had several visits from manatees in our canal. This house was amazing

We stay at 493 Sombrero beach rd. Its perfect for us, we take our boat down with us so the lift comes in handy and the pool when we get back is awesome with a frosty beer.
It's a a few minute ride out to the ocean and Sombrero light is straight out to some of the best snorkeling and diving.
The house is very comfortable, and minutes from the beach.

Wow! What a gem! Everything works and Clean, Clean, Clean!!! Many “over the top” upgrades that you will never see in a rental (as most owners decorate lie it’s a rental). From the completely stocked kitchen with every until you would ever need to beach and bath towels.
There is a sparkling pool to enjoy on a hot day or simply to gaze at in the evening while the L.E.D. lights slowly fade from one color to another.
The window treatments were my wife’s favorite as they morph from partial to full occlusion as you roll them up (master is on a remote

For a brief period, Coco Plum managed my vacation rental. My experience with them was nothing short from dreadful!!! Time and time again we were lied to and overcharged. And now after nearly 2 months since ending the relationship I am still owed money. I can't get a call back or an email replied to. DO NOT WORK WITH JIM WILEY AND COCO PLUM! YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, OVERCHARGED, AND LEFT UNSATISIFIED!

Reviewing as a vacation property owner who unfortunately chose to partner with Coco Plum for a short time. They rip everyone off, owners and renters alike. Made up fees, with no explanation. We backed out of agreement after less than a year. Glad we refused to sign their request to “not post negative reviews” when we severed our agreement. Totally understand why they asked us to sign it in the first place though, because they are a sham. Im sure we weren’t the first to call them out on their questionable practices. Happy to be back with a legitimate rental agency and booked up. Do better

We stayed at Brisas Del Mar and what an amazing vacation experience! From the time I reserved this home until the time my friends and I checked out this was nothing but a 5 star experience. You literally do not have to leave the house if you don’t want to because everything is provided for you. Manatees and sea turtles swim up to your dock and the fishing is great as well. Our friends and I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

We stayed in a Seaside Villa Condo and it was amazing! It was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were able to cook, use dishwasher, and personal washer and dryer. All detergents, cleaners, towels, trash bags, dishes and silverware were provided to start the stay! We didn't even end up needing to buy more detergent, dish soap, or trash bags. Trash chute was right down the hall and recycling was a quick trip downstairs. Easy contact with management and they were very accommodating. The view was amazing. You are right on the water and the screened in balcony allows

We had a great vacation in the keys. We love Coral Lagoon unit 20 with it's lovely decor. We really enjoyed the covered deck overlooking the water with its comfy sofa and seating. Thank you Coco Plum for hosting us in this pristine unit. We will be back again as soon as we can

We stayed at Coral Lagoon in Marathon, FL. We found our dream vacation house using Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. Everyone we worked with was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful! We had an amazing time while we were there and the rental we stayed in exceeded our expectations in every way. We had everything we needed and more. The home was very clean and well maintained in a great location. We were situated right between the pool and canal with boat slip.
