The property suited our needs perfectly. My brothers and I travel to the Keys every year to hunt for lobsters and have been staying at this location several times. The only time we have not was when it was not available. It's located on a qiuet canal with friendly neighbors and ease of access to the gas dock, Atlantic or the Gulf waters.

We had a fantastic stay at La Perla Blanca in Marathon thanks to property manager Jessy Rubio! The house was stunning. It was immaculate and well equipped. Jessy's communication and responsiveness was even better! She promptly responded to any questions about both the house and the area, and even followed up after we left to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend booking a vacation rental with Jessy.

Jessenia has represented our rental property for two years. She is superior when it comes to answering all of my questions as the owner and handling all of our guests. Her honesty and practical sense of management keeps our property efficiently running all year around. I don’t think she ever sleeps-she’s on top of it all the time.

We arrived to a clean home. There was a welcome basket with snacks and bottled water as well as a binder which outlined everything available on the property as well as recommendation on dining and entertainment. We rented Reel Therapy on the canal. As the name implies this property is very well suited for anyone who loves to fish and enjoys an outdoor space that is relatively quiet and clean. There are several Charter boats on the immediate water which we enjoyed watching them maintain, clean and entertain anglers from around the world. Everyone is neighborly and friendly.

We stay for a week at El Tesoro ~ 850 91 ct Ocean and the house was great and very well equipped. The location is perfect and the pool area and outdoor kitchen is great for some grilling and cooking your catch. Jess was great at communicating prior to our check in, during and after our check out. It was a great experience and we will be back..

Excellent experience with great communication. Sombrero Beach was right down the road. The property we rented was brand new and close to all amenities and local fish markets. Would reccomend this group for your next getaway. By the way if the property has a pool it is definitely worth to heat it. Our trip was in mid October.

Our experience was amazing, we stayed at the Coral Cottage and towed our 23 foot tidewater boat down. Everything is conveniently located around this duplex. The boat launch is right across the street, the channel is deep enough to dock the boat, there is water and electrical hookups and storage below to put all fishing gear! Great location and very very clean! The property manager Bonnie was super helpful during our whole trip. We will be back!

This is edited to respond to the ridiculous response from the owner **we arrived July 3rd and our family did not arrive until July 10th, so we did not have more than 6 people in the house for the first 6 days. IT TOOK ALMOST 7 DAYS TO GET US PORTABLE AC UNITS. Should my elderly parents have stayed in their bedrooms the whole day because they couldn’t travel to all the excursions we did? My father just had a pacemaker put in! We were not expecting to arrive to a house that was 86 degrees. Of course I am going to ask for a partial refund. When we arrived at the house there were multiple oscillating
