Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.
Welcome to our Casa Mar Azul IV, a luxurious3 Bedroom, 3 Bath newly renovated vacation home (Duplex) with a private heated pool that sleeps 8 people. Located at 161 10th ST in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.
Located at MM 53 on the ocean side. This is always a great trip. For $40 plus $5 for rod rental you will get a nice trip out to the reef and almost always catch some nice fresh fish for dinner. The crew is great and helpful. As seen from the air, Marathon and the Middle Keys appear as emerald isles set amid a sea of turquoise.
Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Fabulous Florida Keys, with swaying palm trees and tranquil blue/green waters that will wash away your stresses of every day life! Your Vacation Getaway comes with passes to the Cabana Club, a "Private Beach Club" located just a few minutes away from our vacation homes.

Casa Mar Azul IV is a boaters dream! Quick and easy access from your backyard dock to both the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing, sandbars & fantastic reefs offer endless boating fun! Outside shower and fresh water at the lighted dock with a fish cleaning table makes catch & boat care a breeze. Great back yard pool and an electric awning to provide shade. Clean grill for cooking your catch & favorite meals to serve on the outdoor dining table with umbrella. Pull up some comfy chairs to the back deck area for outstanding sunset views! Front yard has ample parking for boat trailer and vehicles

We’re so grateful that we “found” John & Aileen’s vacation rental “Casa Mar Azul IV” on florida rentals.com.
In the “Owners Info”; John states that his family had been in the hospitality business for 3 generations.. well it shows.
Their photos and descriptions of the home are excellent and their attention to detail is evident in the way it’s decorated with quality furnishings and in all amenities it has to offer. The fully stocked pots/ pans, Weber grill, pool toys, fishing poles, beach & lawn chairs.

My husband & I have rented homes from the West to the East Coast and abroad, & we've never had the misfortune of being accused of taking major items--particularly when we took a good deal of time caring for this home as if it were our own. We did several loads of laundry & left all clean towels, started the linens, & generally left the house tidy and floors swept. It is how I leave my own home when we travel, & how we have left homes that we've rented over the years. We take pride in & respect our home, as such, we respect other's homes as guests. Renters
