Services
Lakeland Home Inspections will conduct a visual inspection of the house that will be in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. The Inspection process typically takes about 3-4 hours to complete. We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection.
You are welcome to attend the whole Inspection if you like. If you prefer, you may just show up for the last hour for a full review of the Inspection. This option seems to work out very well. Buying a house is a Big Deal, and I want you to do what you are most comfortable with. Radon tests are an additional service for $185 and will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete.

Steve Jones is incredibly competent and knowledgeable regarding home systems, building codes, and technique for digging deep into a building’s more intimate characteristics. He uses an objective investigative approach that took much of the mystery and worry out of our home buying experience by eliminating so much of the unknown. His service was immensely valuable in our decisions to avoid one property and purchase another. And he's a really nice guy.
