This is solely based on attempting to reach someone in the office. I have been calling and going to their office for 3 weeks and not getting any response. I am familiar with the grounds and love them, however, the lack of customer service at this point isn’t worth relocating here. It’s sad because they are gorgeous. But after calling and leaving messages and going yo the office to only see a note on the door that they are on the grounds or out at the moment isn’t a part of luxury.

This is one of the most poorly managed apartments I have ever lived in. The management team takes months to respond back to emails. The maintenance team is so short staffed that it takes weeks to deal with maintenance requests. The man working at the front desk has handed my girlfriend someone else's private information (lease agreement with social security numbers on it). If you work a typical 9-5, it is nearly impossible to communicate with the leasing team because they do not pick up the phone and though their site says they close at 6pm, you'll be hard pressed to even talk to someone in person

Overall the complex is nice and the staff are nice. Sometimes it’s a bit difficult to get in contact with someone from the office but when they do respond it is rather quickly. There are also moments where I do find a few pieces of trash in the flower beds but it doesn’t stay there for extremely long. The maintenance people are nice and do good work. The complex is a bit on the higher end in terms of price and parking is hard to find close to some of the buildings but overall it is a good experience.

I'm enjoying my apartment! There's some issues with scheduling maintenance and the trash is always piled up. However, I like my neighbors, noise isn't an issue, management is respectful and understanding, parking is fine, and I love the size of my balcony! We are very close the the train tracks 🛤 so there is train noise...constantly. I am not bothered by it though. Neighbors are respectful. There is a lot of diversity including military, seniors, and families with pets.

Lived here during a 6 month work rotation and have no complaints at all. Apartment was clean and up to date with no issues to speak of. Every interaction with management was pleasant and all questions were answered promptly. Management went out of their way on multiple occasions to accommodate specific needs of mine and were great to work with. Without a doubt I will be staying here again if I end up back in the area.
