I rented here and the lady in the office was kind. they are not open on weekends but when i called the emerjency phone somone fixed my stuff

I'm a single dad that moved here about 6 months ago. At first I wasn't sure but since then they have gotten some of the trouble making people out and brought in a new maintance man. they always do fun events for the kids which is nice because it keeps busy and helps makes friends. I cant wait to get back into a house but this will do just fine for now

Me and my ex split a couple months before our lease was up he we got me signed off of it as I was moving and when he got evicted and they charged him over 6,000 for damages and clean up fees they charged me too and it got put on my credit. I never knew for a couple years later. My credit got screwed and I don’t even know if I have an eviction on my name now. This debt collector they gave it too never contacted me. This place is full of thieves and will steal money from you left and right. No one was never there to talk to about anything. No one should ever go there. They ruin your life. They

They never answer the phones. Literally called for a whole 2 hours and they never answered just kept forwarding the call short. The lady is so rude. This place is crawling with bed bugs and they never do anything about it. Stay away from this place.

Owned by a slumlord never fixed anything and refused to give us our deposit back even though the place was left better then we got it keep your family away from these money hungry grubs.

This place sucks it took down the childrens playground and remodeled it to be a dog park. RESPECT THE KIDS. And poor treatment to their homes

This apartment complex is a Tax Credit Community, means they have income restrictions for the household.
The area looks pretty good and beautiful, pricing listed on website is reasonable but you can lease only if your combines household income is less than 40k$ (as today July 2017).
Check their sister community "Watkins Glen Apartments" across Lowes.

If something went wrong with the apartment, they never fixed it. They were never at the office. The cops are always back there. They tried to raise our rent by $200. And to top it all off, they tried to charge us a disconnect fee when we moved out. Stay away from this place!
