K&D Properties was originally established as a partnership by Douglas E. Price, III and Karen M. Paganini in 1984. The partnership began purchasing and renovating properties and formed K&D in 1998 to manage and acquire future properties.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My sales agent Ron was knowledgeable and polite he helped me from the approval process (super easy btw) to move in day. He was very responsive and available for all of my numerous questions. Definitely recommend K&D ask for Ron he awesome. The view from this building not bad either

Year number 4.5 .Waters Edge hasn't gotten any better since I been here. I recently had a increase in my rent because management says its for utility costs. They change the lease agreements when ever they feel the need. The communication is poor. I very rarely make complaints but this is getting ridiculous. Kids are constantly hanging in the lobbies and the gym doing what ever. all the cardio equipment in the gym is broken. I came home at 7am in morning and the whole lower level of the lobby was trashed. The elevator looked like someone through red kool aid all over the floor. There was broken

The worst place to live in. The management is Rude and very nasty, They Lie in your face, They keep adding on there own prices, Everybody in there Heart is Made of ice they have no feelings once they get in into there property’s they talk down to you.. to fit what ever is fits for them… I can’t wait to Move.. I wouldn’t recommend them to a Ant Farm… I have never been treated in such a manner in my Life…

I like our leasing office rep Joesphine and the other ladies. They are very attentive and if you have a problem they will assist you in anyway they can. What I don’t like is the parking for the “Disabled!!!” There is not enough parking even for regular residents and definitely not for visitors!!! They really need to rearrange some things around………Please

So I recently moved into Edgewater Landing, which is a great place by far. The maintenance is great here, my only thing is I’ve been complaining about my loud neighbors for way to long and I only been here for 2 months. I’ve complained the first week of me moving in. I had to call security numerous of times and also the leasing office and nothing has yet to be done. I hardly get any sleep here and nor do I get quietness. The leasing office always say that the security has to report the noise complaints to them in order for them to do something about it. But that’s not my problem that they

I have worked for the company for over a year now and I am very happy with the company as a whole. I work in the downtown portfolio and I love working around all the old historic buildings and I am so glad K&D has made it a passion of theirs to keep the historic character and charm of these old buildings. I've been working with K&D management for 4 months now and I've had a really great experience with this management company. The company goes above and beyond to make sure their employees are satisfied. BUT, it does not end there. They make sure they hire a great staff per organization so that things are running smooth. My property in particular (Water's Edge) is excellent when it comes to the staff and residents. They train us to the best of their ability to that when management is gone others know where to fall in between so that nothing is ever off track. I feel as though I have learned so many

Sheisters! Rent from this company at your own risk. They are our building manager and hired a security company that employs a security guard from Metro Cleveland Security that has a reputation for filing false police reports on tenants he doesn't like. They have little concern for our security in general and didn't want to install more security cameras because it would cost them money. Doug Price, the D in K&D, has a lease on the Superior Viaduct in which he promised a park. He installed a parking lot instead. K&D are not to be trusted! Buyer beware!
