Arendal on Viking is an incredible modern complex to live in. I loved living here and the only reason I left is because I have to go away temporarily for work otherwise I would have stayed there for as long as I could. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the complex is so well kept and clean!! Aleda the Manager is very pleasant and professional to work with!. The kitchen was my favorite because of the white granite counter top, the appliances and the bar-like, open concept. But really, the entire apartment was absolutely nice, loved it. Everyone I met here was so friendly and nice

Like other reviewers, I agree the floor plan of these apartments is very nice. I love having a nice washing machine and dryer in the apartment and a small patio. The package lockers are handy. The buildings are kept clean and neighbors are quiet. What I most appreciate are Aleda and Mitch. They are professional and courteous. They respond within minutes whenever I have reached out to them. It is nice to know at the other end of an email or phone call are two people who do their jobs so well.

I lived at Arendal on Viking Apartments for over a year. It is a really great complex with an awesome property manager and maintenance technician!
We lived in a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and it never felt small. The apartments are laid out so well. It had a laundry room that we used as laundry and pantry. The kitchen however is the highlight of the apartments! Gorgeous wrap around counter that is huge! There is so much counter space and so much cabinet storage.
Everytime we needed to contact the property manager, she was always prompt and polite. She answered every question quickly. And anytime

I’m giving 2 stars because the apartment was nice. Only because it was nice. We were not notified that upon turning in our keys 3 days before our technical move out date, we would still be held responsible for the apartment. From a practical standpoint, how can we be responsible for an apartment that we don’t even have keys to? And we had to leave earlier than expected due to military orders. I guess it was our fault for assuming this particular management would honor leaving 3 days before our “scheduled move out date.” To add to all of this, to my surprise, we didn’t see an ounce of

Like others have mentioned...nice apartments, generally good neighbors and the location is great - walk to store, park,etc. But after the end of our first lease, prices were jacked almost 20% . And they nickel and dime you on the checkout, so be prepared to lose your security deposit and get a bill. The blinds literally tore in half (they are super brittle)when only wiping them down with a rag when we were moving out and they charged us $45 per blind even AFTER we were told by maintenance that he never charges for them. The blinds are probably worth $10. The onsite maintenance person is amazing

For the most time we had a great time living here. We moved in when the apartment first became available and had the opportunity to be the first residents in the unit.
Everything was pretty nice, energy and water efficient which was a plus since utilities aren't covered as part of the rent.
However with how things are going we simply found it a better financial option to purchase a home rather than continue to rent. It just became too much after rent and utilities (average $2100+) this for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment.
The staff were great to deal with. Mitch the maintenance director is a swell

Beautiful apartments, and the staff are nothing short of amazing! The onsite maintenance and office manager are like family, and are always willing to help you out. The apartment layout is functional and beautiful, with many attention to detail. The kitchen is what really sold us, with the large white granite countertops. The only downfalls- its mostly hardwood floors, so our upstairs neighbors every footstep can be heard as they stomp around the apartment above us and shake our decor. Its also a very expensive apartment, and in the year weve lived here its already gone up to almost $2100 after

Great apartments! The kitchen is what really drew us in with an open layout and all brand new appliances. Great detailing - we felt proud having people over and showing them our apartment. It has a brand new washer and dryer, baseboard and electric heating, a dishwasher and a free small storage room. It also has a large deck and we were lucky to have the green belt view. The maintenance lives on site and he is willing to help you with anything! The only downfall is it's very expensive compared to other apartments in the area - a 2 bedroom is almost $2000 and they raised our rent after living

Why is Arendal great?
Because it's home. It has the most functional apartment layout I've ever lived in. Large kitchen, large bathrooms, large everything. It seems to have been built with the residents comfort in mind, not by how many residents they can fit on the property.
I love the tall ceilings and the fact that my upstairs neighbors sound miles away.
The location is wonderful. I turned into a person that walks into town for coffee every weekend. How could I not?! Being so close to fish park is so inviting. My dog and I make the trip so often, we walk in and order "the usual".
I just love
