It has only been a month since we moved in and we couldn't be happier. Cynthia has made the whole process very easy and is still always helpful. I had a maintenance issue and within an hour Edward and Zack came and fixed the issue fast. They even went out of their way to fix something else for us. Overall, it has been a great experience so far!

I’ve lived at multiple apartment complexes and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had! If there ever was an issue maintenance would be there ASAP! Normally it takes days to get something fixed at other apartments! Cindy farrow was absolutely amazing! really made us feel like we were part of the family :) I would highly recommend living there!

We moved across the country from North Carolina to Silverdale and Cynthia the whole process of getting our apartment a breeze. She helped us complete everything we needed to do while we were on the road so once we arrived we could just get our keys and relax. Cynthia even stayed a little bit later when we told her we’d arrive close to their closing time! I am definitely excited to stay in these apartments thanks to Cynthia and her warm welcome. She made us immediately feel like family upon arrival!!!

Janel was the most welcoming leasing agent I have ever worked with! She did more than just her job. My son and I both felt that we were not just a customer, but she cared about us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cascade Ridge to any of my friends!
On my 2nd day, I spoke to office staff about a lock that was sticking. Not 20 minutes later Edward was there to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes! Talk about excellent customer service. I would recommend Cascade Ridge to anyone wanting a positive, welcoming, and responsible staff caring for your wellbeing and safety!

I called for a maintenence ticket at about 0900 expecting to get a time later that week. They told me he would be here in a few hours. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I had four items I needed fixing and he crushed through all of them in less than 15 minutes. I am very, very pleased with this service!

We moved to Cascade Ridge in February 2020, shortly before the pandemic hit!
We want to thank Christine the property manager for her professionalism and positive attitude. Also Cynthia and Janelle, the office ladies are wonderful, courteous and funny!
The property is well maintained and we did not have any issues at all!
We used to stop in just to say hi, we will miss everyone. Thanks again!!!

Me and my husband found this place VERY last minute, with that being said this place was nothing more than welcoming and super kind. I wish I could name call on certain employees but you truly cannot because ALL of them work hard with you. They have helped so so much in MUCH needed times and I would absolutely rent here again if I ever decide to come back. Thank you so so much!!!!

Edward is an awesome maintenance man. He’s very professional and quick. He always makes sure he can provide you the best assistance..whether that’s replacing a stove the same day it goes out or a simple lightbulb...he’s completely reliable and it won’t even take a full day for him to respond to a request .. more like 15 minutes. You’re in good hands here at Cascade Ridge. Very resourceful!
