Management changed and it just became horrible. No parking. Mold issues. They don't keep track of how many people are living in one apartment,ie there are 6 men living in one 2 bedroom in my building and they all have vehicles that never move. Electrical issues and the Heater does not work. Stained bathrooms, moldy windows upon move in, no storage space(not even a pantry), fire alarms go off every time you shower, kitchen light does not work, zero response from maintenance requests, and even the apartment workers look Miserable. They can't even keep employees and office workers change

So I lived here for about a year and a half, the areas the main selling point because it's right next to a great school, and the mall and Trader Joe's etc is literally 7 min up the street. It's also very close to both navy bases so commute is short for service members. So location is great however the apartment is alright, not that it's bad it's just the floor layout for the one we had was kind of wonky. The kitchen is very small and it has no drawers for silverware, bedrooms and living room are nice though. The gym is great and clean, so is the pool and jacuzzi. Staff

Really, REALLY disappointed in this place. The grounds are completely trashed. Every day I walk outside, I see new trash and beer cans all over. There is clearly no one cleaning up. And to call it "luxury" is just insulting.
What's worse is that if you have a maintenance request, good luck getting anyone to call you back. It's been over a week and all calls/emails have been totally ignored.
Furthermore, they advertise all the amenities and make no mention of everything being closed due to covid. (We completely understand that adjustments need to be made, but at least disclose

So 3 years ago I posted a 4 star review for this place then the new management took over and we went from excellent service to poor service. We constantly had people parking in the wrong spots due to the office screwing up the spot number and people just parking wherever they could because to many people had multiple cars without the people to drive them.Over a year ago the office manager became the manager for all the properties on ridgetop and the trillium office became a ghost town where any given day at anytime of the work day the office was close because there wasn't anyone in the office

One of the worst places I've ever lived in. These are not luxury apartments. For these to be considered luxury apartments, the newly renovated countertops wouldn't just be painted-over old ones. For these to be considered luxury apartments, there would be enough parking spaces for people who actually live in the units and there are no options to pay for an extra space, so good luck if you have more than one vehicle. For these to be considered luxury apartments, I wouldn't have been threatened to get my vehicle towed because I parked in a space that didn't have a handicap sign

Don't pay attention to all the 5 star reviews, as they are completely fake and typed up likely by office staff out of boredom. How do I know? You can tell by how incredibly cheesy and "like a commercial" they sound. The funniest are the ones telling you to check out Google.com for Trillium reviews that are better?!! Lol No person that didn't WORK FOR TRILLIUM would ever add that to a review, nor take the time to find out where the good reviews are located That's an attempt to fool people, not a legitimate review.

I wish I could give zero stars but that's not possible. Trillium Heights is the WORST place to live. They're lying about the spacious kitchen, it's small and there's barely any space to put anything. The new management is ridiculous, one of the staff lived directly below us, they smoked weed and cigarettes on their balcony which is against the rules. The smell would come into our living room and I was pregnant at the time so it made me nauseous, we asked them to stop but they didn't and we told management who did NOTHING about it. The office isn't open on weekends

My partner and I have been living here for a few months now.
Moving into a new place can be very stressful and exciting. During our selection process the gals in the office had plenty of information, personable, kind, and we did not feel pressured one bit. They showed us a couple units with and without the renovations because we could not decide what size we wanted and to give us a better idea of what our options we're. This was a very pleasant experience. After a follow up call we decided to move in.

Not friendly to military at all. One of the worst places I've ever lived - please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Firstly, please don't believe the reviews you read about this being a "luxury" apartment complex - the apartments are dingy, old, and built with the lowest quality materials you can find. I literally can't find one neighbor who would say they enjoy living here. Even their "renovated" units are terrible. There are so many apartment complexes in the area - I highly recommend looking around before making any decisions. They

I've lived in these apartments for a year, and I can't wait for the lease to be up. Please take my advice, don't move here. First off you receive one covered parking spot, and there is never any uncovered parking spots available after 4pm. If you have more then one car for your apartment and you work a 9-5 job good luck finding a spot! The most disturbing thing I've encountered in the apartment has been the mold in my shower, how disgusting! One morning I woke up to my ceiling dripping water from the apartment above me. I tried to call maintenance to report an emergency, but

They'll charge you your entire security deposit when you move out for "painting and cleaning"... just trash fees and water fees will be over a hundred a month with no reasonable explanation ..... I feel like the company that owns it can't pay their mortgage or are desperate for money cause they'll take it any chance they get. All you have to do is check the other reviews .... apartments are ok but small and overpriced . Sad that they are willing to get reviews like this just to nickle and dime you... look elsewhere

Worst place ever... New management was awful to deal with. Our toilets wouldn't even flush after asking them to fix it multiple times. It's not freaking Ethiopia!
Then comes move out time, we were forced to pay them to move out! Seriously?! We avoided coming home for a year, how did you need to replace the carpet!! I would of just left the door open and a crack rock on the floor if I would of known you criminals were going to rob us after we moved out as well!
I've never had anything but good experiences with the places I have lived until here. If you want to hate coming home, pay

Wouldn't recommend living here. While the staff in the lobby is incredibly friendly and helpful, the apartments themselves are not worth the amount they charge, and it seems every month as i pay my rent, i'm charged more and more. i won't be renewing my lease when it is up. As i mentioned before, the staff is absolutely amazing and i don't have anything bad to say about them, bottom line- the apartments are far too over priced.

Horrible renting from them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They nickle and dime you when you leave, we had to pay them to move out after paying highly inflated (and not worth it) rent for 1 year. As soon as our year was up, we RAN somewhere else. Lived here about 4 years ago, and when we were leaving they were doing renovations on some more of their apartments, so I can't account for the new changes but if the management is the same, don't bother checking it out. Beware of management, they'll smile when you walk in, but are hard to work with and horrible when you

I lived here for three years with my family, I never had a problem with neighbors, we lived on the level ground floor didn't go up or down to our apartment which was a plus. The maintenance men are nice, they kept the grounds "cleanish" we had problems with trash, there's only one trash and if you're in the A buildings which is far away you're going to have a problem.
The parking is terrible! No space when everyone comes home from work and no open space at night. I lived in the H building and had to walk from the mailboxes at night with my toddler. That's a far
