Rats!. Trash! Constant health violation, they don’t properly clean the property- when they do it’s minimal. Maintenance is rude- very disappointed I had to leave as soon as contract was done, miserable! It stinks especially mid week. A while back they reduced the container of trash so there is overflow you can guarantee that every single night EVERY night you can hear rats running around. They can eat your electrical wires under your car. Building is old so there is cracks and water issues. They are not cheap either! Health department come here- now! This can’t be right. I have more pictures

We put in a work order and the next day it was attended to how many slaves name is Dave and not only did he get the job done but he's very kind very pleasant to be around overall experience was a 5-star rating

I love living in this apartment. My place was clean and well maintained. The location is just perfect. Thanks to Paula Slater, the property manager, for taking care the issue in prompts manner. She is the best property manager I had known. I highly recommend this place,

Soooooo rude!!!!! I talked with the manager. She was so rude when I asked apartment availability. Didn’t even know what is posted available on their website. I don’t understand how come someone so rude doing the job of communicating with people???? As she started to yell at me, I asked her not to. Then she hang up??? Like seriously???? Learn to socialize and communicate with people!!! Be polite it’s your job!!! Shame on you!

I'm new to the state, so applying to apartments was a pretty hectic process, but after talking to Paula Slater, I have moved into a nice little apartment. I'm an ex resident now. I was totally satisfied with the apartment. The location is the best part of it. There is good ventilation and the apartment is well maintained. The rent is justified. I miss this place sometimes.
