I’ve lived here a little over a year and didn’t want to move again this quickly but I’m paying comparable rent and more to apartment complexes within a five minute walk that have much more to offer. The pool was never opened, the laundry room and gym are just empty buildings. The interior and square footage is nice but I don’t see paying as much as I would literally right next door and have amenities. I understand they’re renovating but I’d rather you renovate the gym or laundry instead of putting in the barbecue grill. And if you did have to do the grill, 7am on a Sunday morning is

Lived at the Stella for 4 years. Getting things fixed/maintained has always been a struggle. AC was out for months during summer season, took 3 years to get a working refrigerator, most outlets are faulty, only 2 of the stove burners work. Water is shut off for up to 12 hours several days out of each month (13 days out of May). They have "valet trash" which means garbage bins in front of each door which attract flies and make it smell. There's also a cost if something happens to your bin outside your control. Management does not usually respond to questions. Price keeps going up but amenities are

The Stella is a great place to move too, the office is very well organized. The employees in the office are very friendly, respond back fast, as well as very helpful. Mrs.Vickie in the office was who helped me and had everything in order and worked very fast to help me move in. The actually unit was updated and looked so nice. I’m so excited to be living here

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Where do I start? When we first moved in we realized living here would be very interesting because of the cars sitting on cinder blocks out front, someone had gone around and stolen peoples tires. Then the issues came with our leaky roof, constantly pouring water in when it rains. We asked management… to fix it, so they sent out roof people on many different occasions. When they finally fixed it, there was black mold all inside which they refuse to fix. Then came the leaky water heater, which took many visits for someone to fix with duct

These apartments are a real joke nothing gets fixed in these apartments I have issues going on right now and they won't fix them I have a mildew,musty smell inside my a/c unit and I can't get rid of the smell and then I have a clogged up toilet and the sewage is all stopped up outside my patio door and they don't seem to care what goes on inside these so called nice apartments yea right!!!!
