Current resident at one property, the apt complex is managed by a RUDE female office staff member, whom harass and threatens tenants regularly, the apt managers are VERY unpleasant and will not do their job period, when approached with any problems their answer is "well how is that my problem' or "that's not my job to call and have a repair man come fix that", HUD has been contacted several times to no success, the property has had fleas, feral cats, and roach infestations (all in under a year) it has gotten so bad 5 tenants moved in 3 months, any repairs that need to be made, you will have to

I called this company for information about the area and local management properties and the woman was rude, said that this was not her job and could not help answer any questions. She said "I am not going to waste any more time" referring to my questions. Clearly they are not focused on getting new business and were not the least bit concerned about acquiring mine. Glad to have found out this was their character prior to utilizing their services!
