My wife and I have lived in this apartment for 10 years. When Pan-American properties Inc. took over they wouldn’t tell us where to send our rent. They finally told us on the first of the month and by the third we had a three day evection notice if rent wasn’t paid.
They tried to change the lease and add extra utility bills during the pandemic.
They wouldn’t replace the carpet until there were holes throughout. I ended up spending $3000 of my own money to repaint and carpet because they only wanted to replace the living room carpet with the cheapest possible option after it was unlivable

Anyone who hasnt received their deposit back within 21 days of vacating can take PAN AMERICAN to small claims court. You're entitled to at least double the deposit when they do not meet their 21 day deadline. Have your paperwork ready to show when your keys where turned in and you vacated the unit. The court is ALWAYS in favor or the resident!

This is the worst management company. All of the good reviews are employees. The tenants know the real deal. I live in a property that was an older building that was updated. The updates are superficial. There are cracks in the foundation, cracks in the walls, ceilings, etc. They removed one wall inside the apartment, 6 months after we moved in, because there was mold after a light rain spell. There is a raw sewage smell coming from the pipes under the stairs of the main entrance which is now causing an odor in the bathrooms. They do not respond to request and are only concerned about the rent

I Just started working for Pan American and so far I am very pleased. Everyone makes you feel like you belong to the family, very helpful and friendly, starting with the Receptionist Ashley.

Completely useless and unprofessional staff that never return or answer calls for unsafe housing conditions. Black mold started to form from leaking water in a bedroom and their maintenance manager took over two weeks to respond. A plumber was sent and decided not to do any work since he was told it was a slab leak when I said it was an issue with water coming through the walls.
They then decided to ignore the calls I gave them once a week to see if anything was going to be done since being in the room for too long started to cause breathing problems and headaches. I tried to contact the property

Not only do i love living in an Pan American property townhome but i also love the company. I've worked as a property manager for 10 years and with multiple companies and Pan American is hands down the BEST. Everything from the processes they implement, training they provide, Innovation they strive for, down to the customer service they allow us to provide our tenants....THE BEST. All of the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable and everyone in the main office is quick to respond. All the units are nicely renovated and the upkeep on them is pristine! I love Pan American!

I have been living at a Pan American property for almost 2 years. The grounds are clean, office staff is helpful, property is updated, and my apartment is beautiful. Overall I really enjoy living here and any dealings with the management company have been positive. My family really enjoys the community events such as movie nights, that the office staff puts together for us.

I have lived in an apartment building managed by Pan American Properties for many years now in Long Beach. The quality of customer service that you get as a tenant is phenomenal. They are always quick to respond to any maintenance requests and questions. Paying rent and communication with management is made very easy online. All staff have been very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend renting at any property managed by them.

I have worked for Pan American for 2 years now. I have been impressed with this company from day one. In my opinion they're one of the most professional property management companies I know. Communication is key at Pan American. They provide all the training and support you'll need to succeed. They also care a great deal about their tenants and taking care of maintenance , plumbing requests and other miscellaneous items in a a timely manner. The curb appeal at each of their properties speaks for itself.

I have lived at a building in Glendale managed by Pan American for over a year now, and have loved every second of it! The managers are wonderful, attentive and easily accessible. Maintenance issues are all taken care of online, done promptly, and with much care and respect. The grounds are always clean, and it honestly is a wonderful place to call home! I've moved all over the place and have dealt with a lot of different property management companies. By far, this is my best experience!!
