Berro Property Management is one of the top property rental agencies in the greater Long Beach area. We specialize in multi-family apartment communities and single-family homes as well as office and commercial properties. Our company is proud to be celebrating more than 40 years of service to the Greater Long Beach area as well as Lakewood, Seal Beach, Northern Orange County, the South Bay, Bellflower and Gardenia.
In 1977, Jack Berro assisted in the founding of Berro Management and has been the sole owner since 2009. Our major cross streets are Long Beach Blvd and Carson. Berro Management is the largest company in Long Beach devoted exclusively to Property Management. Our present portfolio consists of approximately 250 properties including Commercial properties, Single Family Residences, and Multifamily Residences; which total to be over 2300 units.
Berro Property Management provides complete and detailed residential property management for the Greater Long Beach area and surrounding cities. With more than 40 years of experience in property management, we pride ourselves on being reliable and transparent for all property owners and their renters.
One of the most difficult aspects of being a rental property owner is dealing with residents. Residents who pay their rent on time, take good care of the property and are good neighbors are invaluable. Therefore, our entire staff is committed to retaining these residents. At Berro Property Management, our knowledge and experience in dealing with residents results in lower turnover, reduced vacancies and fewer overall problems.
For income properties, our fees range from 5% - 10% of gross income collected, depending on the location, condition and number of units involved. We are happy to give you a quote after a no-cost inspection of the Property. Our standard Management Agreement (for any type of property) covers a thirty-day period and is renewable on a month-to-month basis.

I have been living under BPM for 5yrs now & love how the owner is very attentive to its tenants. For any concern that we have had a staff member gets back to us or on site manager promptly. Also the easy method of online paying, is ver convenient.

BPM is on top of their game. They are very quick at responding any concerns from my end towards their tenant's. Well informed of what needs to be updated and able to work for it. Kind & Friendly staff! Definitely recommend BPM to friends or just anyone, really.

Good management over the years. Could use some improvements in some areas though such has supplying a bike rack for renters. The space is there to construct a dedicated area. Also, needs improvement for recycle management. A lot of recycles are going straight into the dumpster because there is no dedicated recycle bin.

I've been a tenant for over 3 years and have not had any issues before. I don't understand why their doors are still closed to the general public/ tenants when public schools have reopened, dining rooms are open at restaurants and all businesses are pretty much open. We're not in a lockdown anymore so IMO I think they are taking advantage of Covid and using that as an excuse to not have to deal directly.
