Dana was my contact from Concept for almost 2 years at their apartments, and any questions I had regarding my apartment were resolved immediately. The online portal was simple to use and had a lot of helpful features. I had a good experience under Concept360 and would have stayed longer had I not have to relocate for work.

If there is one thing I can sum up to describe how I feel about Concept 360, it would be that I felt they can protect my property. I am an out of state landlord who had fired my friend who couldn't do a job at managing my property. Then I switched to Concept 360 through a referral from an old colleague and everything was just right. I should have gone with Concept 360 in the first place, but you live and you learn, and it's just never too late to make the right choice. I spoke to Robin Reed first and then got to know Will Reed. I have rented from Concept 360 for 10+ years and they are truly the best property management company in Long Beach California! The manager Dana is amazing she is knowledgeable and very nice and I would definitely recommend renting from this management company because they are the best in Long Beach. I have always been able to get in touch with them regarding any questions or issues with my unit and they get the job done properly and quickly. I would highly recommend checking out the rentals because you can count on this management company for great properties and management.

Concept 360 Property Management has done an excellent job managing a large apartment complex for us for the past 9 years. They keep excellent records, along with a wonderful accounting system. Dana Parsons is quick to respond to every request. I agree with the others who point out that Dana is attentive, professional, organized and most courteous. I highly recommend Concept 360.
