Horrible management company, the upstairs neighbors were always loud, and you cannot even open the windows because there is constant noise outside during all hours of the day and night. Upon moving out, They will charge you 200-400+ even if you clean and get the carpets cleaned so don’t look for your security deposit back. And please note that if management office cares nothing about the privacy of your home, there were numerous times I told the maintenance person to wait until I was home or to come on a certain day and they came whenever they wanted and barged right in regardless. Just renewed my lease for the second time. I love my apartment and the neighborhood. It’s kid friendly and animal friendly, and my neighbors are really nice. I love that they have grills around the property to grill dinner and the cleaning staff has done a really good job lately making sure the grills are cleaned.
Since I’ve moved in management has been great. I have seen a few of the staff come and go but they all have been really friendly and helpful.

Wouldnt have moved in if michelle(I don't think she works here anymore we haven't seen here in a few months) had been honest about us having a second parking, if the pool was heated as she claimed, the hot tub is rarely hot. There are bugs everywhere, the amount of bug bites I've received since living here is ridiculous. It claims to be a non smoking community but people in the building always smoke and have been talked to, all they do is tell them they won't be able to renew their lease, but that doesn't fix the issue. The management is rude and has no customer service every time we have talked

Great complex. The staff are helpful and courteous, and the amenities are amazing. For the price, the value is incomparable to other rentals in the area. I highly recommend you at least take a tour prior to making any commitment elsewhere.
