Lived here 3 years and It was nice until they added this new property manager this last 2 weeks she is so helpful and nice definitely changed from 3 to 5 stars great hire Foxwood

We have lived at Foxwood Apartment for a year and it has been a great experience not only is the office staff helpful and always on top of things but Mai thence is done when asked . The apartment grounds are kept clean. I love the colors of the inside of the apartments so warm and homey. They have also added a great dog park which is great.

Yes you pay more but it’s worth it. Everything is on your phone pay rent, my lease, maintenance request and I’m alerted through text of anything go on with the complex. When you have a night schedule or busy schedule this is a plus and no communication errors without seeing anyone.

I love it here!! The staff is absolutely amazing and the maintenance crew has always resolved any issues I had very quickly. The apartment itself is so cute and spacious. Very happy to live here

The management & maintenance team most excellent!! Very professional & prompt whenever a repair is needed. They helped my BFF get an apartment in the complex when she relocated & was living in a motel. I have never lived in an apartment complex that is perfect!! Thank you team 🤗🎃🍁

Saving me alot of driving time and gas money living at these apartments because shopping centers are so close by.The managers and maintenance respond quickly to any questions or emergencies I may have.A clean and quiet neighborhood for me and my family.

I absolutely love these apartments!!! It’s always clean maintenance on-site 24/7, staffing is very nice and will work with you, security is ALWAYS on site as well, the homes are absolutely beautiful inside and out, it is a quiet neighborhood and definitely safe for children. This is the best apartments hands down and I would most definitely recommend anyone to move in this beautiful home.

I just finished my 1-year lease in August and I have nothing but good things to say. Management is so friendly and always willing to help. The only 2 issues I encountered were with my washer never actually being fixed and the cost increase would I have renewed my lease. Other than that it is such an amazing place. Pretty quiet and well-lit at night. I have 2 big dogs which were welcomed here. The apartments themselves are extremely pet friendly and even have pet cleanup stations throughout.

Easy application process and friendly staff, very attentive and resourceful. Will consider them for future reference.

Staff at Foxwood are extremely friendly and professional. The community is clean and has an exceptional maintence team. I love that they have a washer and dryer included in the home and the Google thermostat is a great addition. I highly recommend living here!

Update- we have extremely loud neighbors and have called security multiple times. They blast music and scream from 9pm-7am and Foxwood has done nothing to help the situation. Sleep deprivation is a form of torture and this has been going on for a year.

Pros: conveniently located to restaurants & park..appealing property. onsite security, top notch maintenance.

cons: too expensive especially for a 1 bedroom apt. no security screen door and a non gated community which means anyone can come into the property, Including bums roaming freely,
magnet for police and domestic violence issues. had police knocking everyone's door including on my door at 2am looking for a suspect.

I enjoy living here! The staff are always friendly and maintenance is very prompt in making repairs. My boyfriend & I have lived here for 3 years now. We plan on staying here a while too!! Also really glad they take suggestions for the community gym.

I have stayed at Foxwood for almost 4 years now and I absolutely loved it! Management is wonderful and quick to respond to maintenance requests. They have switched management and Jody the new community manager is great and quick to respond. She sends out texts and emails on updates and news. The team at the front desk is nice and helpful too. Thank you to the maintenance team for all your help with fixing leaky sinks, broken ACs, etc. They were very quick to respond and would come during my requested time (usually in the mornings cause I work night shift and I had to sleep during the day). I would not recommend signing a lease here. Aside from the multiple maintenance issues you will encounter while living here, management is not helpful and do not demonstrate any empathy during these hard times. My roommate and I have dealt with many maintenance issues that have not only inconvenienced us for more than a couple days but forced us to leave our apartment and stay somewhere else. As a result, our personal belongings, clothes, shoes, and furniture were damaged more than once. You will be left to deal with these issues on your own and deprived from living in the comfort of your own home

The inside are the apartments are very okay. The parking of the location is HORRIBLE if you have two cars and after 7 there's never any parking and I've spent almost an hour looking for parking one time.
Almost every week there's an incident with cops and neighbors fighting and the leasing office never does anything about it. The worst part of the experience here is they don't give you deposit back!! They used most of it on paint and on the check list it said our ceiling needed painting?! Our walls were in good condition when we left. They used 450 of our deposit and we still

Decent surrounding area. Everything else is terrible, the "remodeled" units are just painted over 30 year old wood and dirt . Apartment is not well insulated & Pg&e will cost about $150 a month. Expect your car to get broken into. If you think you'll get your deposit back forget about it. They use a fake cleaning service called CoCos cleaning service . Their number goes straight to voicemail and they do not have an office. Waste of time waste of money. Trust me you'll hate it.

Where should I start. This place is horrible. I moved from Los Angeles to this place. My car got broken into it cost me 5000 dllrs. The management dint even express any empathy. Esperanza is horrible. She is a bad person.

One of THE worst apartments I've ever lived in. Staff is not friendly or helpful. Found out my apartment had pipes that burst, my roommate and I were out of our apartment for two weeks and management didn't care. They had to cut out holes all over the place; in our bathrooms, closet, living room and above our kitchen. Then we found out we had termites, and they did nothing about those. I had always moved around living in many different apartment complexes throughout California and Foxwood Apartment Homes is by far the worst location I have ever lived in.

The location itself is amazing because it is close to everything, but that is about it. There is no benefit to being a loyal tenant here; rent will increase every time the contract comes up (by a ridiculously significant amount). There is no sense of community. The office which stores some of our mail is strictly 8-5 on week days only... meaning you can't get your packages if you have a regular job.

There were always roaches

The staff is shady, they will argue with you, dishonest, and don't even care about you, there is no parking, pool sucks, gym sucks, nothing positive about these apartments... I would not recommend this place...

Pretty nice place. Considering where it is located, it's fairly priced, quiet, and safe. The trees really help keep the unit blocked from the hot summer sun. The only problem I have had is finding parking, if you want to park even as a visitor after 6 pm, Good Luck!!!!

What an awful place. I have been so disappointed after all the good things I'd heard about this place. Overpriced, dirty, and out of date. Amenities are laughable. There are cockroaches and stray cats everywhere. Truly awful office staff that is unresponsive and unhelpful. Maintenance issues take weeks to be resolved. Security is useless and never come out when you call them. For the price, you could find something nicer further north. Just avoid this place altogether.

Absolutely worst apartment managers/staff I have ever experienced. I have lived in apartments my entire adult life and never had a problem until this complex. I have been harassed multiple times by staff, especially Rachel. Very rude and they make it a horrible place to live. Take my advice and go elsewhere! I wish someone had warned me before I was threatened with legal fees and hidden contract fees that they did not tell me about up front.

I've lived here for a few months now and I am totally in love with my place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the units are stunning for the price. The open floor plans are really up-to-date and I was able to decorate my place exactly like I dreamed. Everyone compliments me on my home. I have had no issues with noise, burglaries, anything! And, like everyone else stated, the washer and dryer in unit is the icing on the cake. I also love that if for whatever reason you need to, there are also laundry facilities available int he complex. I couldn't ask for a better place
