This place just up and moved didn't tell their customers they were moving..i came to pick up my glasses come to this place and noone is there to help..i called the number on the door I spoke to someone once.they were suspose to call me and have someone bring me my glasses but of course I called her again no answer.so now I'm here with a pair of old broken glasses and I can't get my new ones cause their not answerin the number that's in the window..can someone please please get back to me asap

I LOVE this company. I've patronized Urban Eyes for over 25 years and have followed them from their old Wall Street location, to the 34th Street location, to the Times Square area, and currently to Newark New Jersey. My family and I have always had the best quality service from a professional staff coupled with the friendliest doctors ever. These guys know what they're doing. I've been wearing glasses since I was 20 years old and I would NOT let just anyone examine my eyes. I feel comfortable with Urban Eyes. A complete joke. I went into this store over 2 weeks ago to get an eye exam from these people (which the doctor was great, exam equipment a little dusty and grimy but I could deal with it because it was fast). I told these people I needed glasses because I'm constantly on the computer and they told me oh get transitional lenses. Ok whatever, as far as eyes I am 20/20 so whatever they say because I am ignorant to actual Optical Lenses.
