I was injured on the job. I was not treated properly by their doctors. They sent me back to work on a job that was designed to force me to resign. I have zero experience with the legal system, but I knew I had to find someone to help me fight for my well-being. Ruxandra Osgood handled my case. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to do and what to realistically expect. My case was handled professionally and very promptly, considering the delays that Covid has caused. My attorney was Kevin Harchar he from the moment I signed on was very helpful and with me the whole time during my case if I had any problems or questions quick to call me or email . Pond Lehocky helped me get my Social Security Disability without any problems.If I had to call them for anything they were professional on the phone and responsive if I had to leave a message.they also had a face book gathering with a lawyer coming on so you can ask questions that helped me out a lot. I felt bullied by the workers compensation insurance company and there so called doctors who sold their souls for money to insurance companies rather than do what they went to school all those years for to help people.

Pond Lehocky and all of the team members encorporated in assisting me have been absolutely amazing to me from start to finish. We worked as a unit. This is by far the worst law firm , they do not fight for there clients, there lawyers if you can call them that have no clue , pond Lehocky was an absolute waste of 5 years fighting for Disability, if your looking to have any chance of winning your case take my word and heed my warning do not use Pond Lehocky you will wait forever and you will LOSE. , since they made me wait forever and not do a dam thing I have a disability thats going to make it extremely hard to work, but due to there inability, unfortunately I'm going to have to fight through the pain and try to find some type of work

Horrible experience... if you want a lawyer that won't blind side you or that you can trust I highly suggest using a different firm. I got lied to right to my face! Taken advantage of because I don't know the legal system well enough. This was an extremely sensitive case for me which I am still suffering from. They did absolutely nothing they said they would. When I called and asked them to explain it to me so I understood completely I was told not to contact them. I am so upset I could scream. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TRUST AND HONESTY from a lawyer your paying extremely high legal fees

I hired this film for my workers comp and we won and believe me im not happy with all of this , ok, when I'd ask them to fight the IME decision and they told me that they couldn't do anything . So my question is , do they really do the job , or they just take whatever easy door possible just to get rig of you and make easy money with the injury worker ,huh?
My recommendations are , dont look for a film with a big name , look for someone who does the job not for someone like pond L.
I only see this lawyer ones at the first hearing, that's it ,

Well it didn't take long at all to get disability once I got rid of this law firm. Don't make the same mistake I did. You are better off representing yourself

ALERT SCAM WARNING was contacted by this law firm after talking to an organization taking advantage of those applying for disability for my family member. The organization pretended to be with the SSI/disability office. Had to place a freeze on my credit with FCC. Taking advantage of a United States Veteran. Absolutely heartless and disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. And if they issue an apology under this review it is not sincere, they are just looking to cover up what they are guilty of.

I hired them to represent me in a workmen compensations case I had against the city of Philadelphia now the pension board is offsetting my pension because I recieved workmen comp for the total amount including their legal fees. I get nothing for the almost 2 years I had to wait. They tried to refer me to another lawyer that I have to pay for. I've called I've email nothing no response. Can someone please tell me what's the next move I should make .Thanks

I hired this company for disability case. During the 2 years I received no support, no access to an attorney until a week before my hearing... basically they filed the paperwork something which I could have done on my own. I lost my hearing due in part to not being properly prepared and not getting anything but vague answers to questions I had. I would hire a local attorney that actually takes time to get to know you and what's going on to better be able to help you not just be a health record on paper.

I am dismayed by all of these detrimental reviews; so allow me to share mine. I worked as a RN in a Philadelphia hospital, where I injured my knee. I literally limped around on it for months, having fluid drained periodically and delaying the surgery recommended by my orthopedist. Finally, I decided to have the surgery--my employer up until that time acknowledged my on the job injury and paid for all of my doctor visits---but denied my claim when it came to surgery. Very nice folks who are massively ineffectual. They were supposed to help me fight my company's disability insurance but ended up doing nothing useful and lied about being able to help legally - they needed to be based in California and since they weren't, they wasted 2 months and my claim was denied. Criminally incompetent.

They are useless. get yourself a real lawyer in your home town. had my alj hearing in Decatur ,al, 6 months ago. received notice- denied. I called disability justice, they want even talk to me. left message, they never called back. at the hearing I met young 25 year old lady, guess she was lawyer helper, 5 min before the hearing, had no ideal what to expect. judge jd reap from franklin tenn, ask all the questions, she just sat their looking at her lap top computer. im 57 years old bad back, diabetic, hypertension, on pain meds, not worked in 3 years, lost my house

Did not make the mistake of hiring this law firm. Thomas J. Giordana, Jr. not only lost my case because he was unprepared; but, he refused to file my appeal. They threw me under the bus. This lawyer and law firm are unethical, incompetent and committed legal malpractice. I live in Denver, Colorado and they could not even be bothered to hire a lawyer the Friday before my Monday disability hearing. They told me to represent myself and ask for a continuance. They hired a female attorney from Boston and the last second and she was completely unprepared and lost my case. I asked her to file a continuance

As I see the same with other reviews,
I never met my lawyer until 15 mins. going into court.
They never spoke to me through out 2 years unless I spoke to them
When I went to court, the lawyer said nothing really to defend my case, I did all the talking. I did win my case, but NOT because of anything they did. After it was done, they would not speak to me again, But made sure they sent me a letter stating I owe them almost $400.00 for records fee's
on top of their fee, They are NOT WORTH IT, your better off hiring a private attorney. Very DISAPPOINTED to say the least !!!!!

Long intervals between updates, although I'm not their only client.

First time meeting my lawyer was just a few minutes before the deposition.

Was given instructions on how to present myself in front of the judge.

First comment from judge... "You don't look disabled, you're not blind, or in a wheelchair!".

No reply from attorney, and very few comments during the whole deposition.

Judge paid no attention to my injury paperwork, though vehemently expressed that I drink...

After my answer was 1-2 drinks a year.
