Critical: Quality, Value
Trash build up in trash compactor often. Is not a gated community, they leave it open more times than not, people drive in through the out gate to get in. Office employees do NOT care if you have kids while your a/c is broken for MONTHS. I would absolutely refuse to recommend this place.

I am more than satisfied after leaving a message for maintenance Sunday morning because the central air unit fried and needed repair. Phil returned my call in 2 minutes and arrived at my apartment in 20 minutes. Phil was very professional and friendly. He replaced the fried part and wiring in about 15 mins. He gave me really good operational advice and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Phil is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Pleasurable experience , to say the least! I was assisted throughout the whole process by a lovely assistant property manager by the name of Cheyenne Lewis. Her hospitality was impecable, along with her great since of humor 😂👌. 10 out of 10 recommend Hidden Creek Village Apartments as a home for anyone looking. Make sure to ask for Cheyenne if you want an enjoyable experience and process.❤️
