Awful management. Like awful. Maintenance is awesome. But Very unprofessional and I could write a page about our experience from living their for a few weeks. Unfortunately we were under the impression this was a great place until they really screwed up a bunch of stuff of ours. Then tried holding a deposit and other money they owe when we didn’t even live in the apartment we were supposed to move into. They gave deposit but still owe other money where we have solid proof/ and recordings that they owe us. I’m telling you we have heard management has fallen apart and we experienced it!

I have lived here for a month now and I am very impressed. First off Brielle and the staff here have been very welcoming and have handled any issues well. I had a maintenance issue that was handled within a few hours and the maintenance man, Joel, is a super nice guy.
