This is a place with two faces. The property and the apartments are relatively nice. Most of the people living in them are too.
It's when you look past the curtain, you find a lot of problems that you won't ever see without living here. Which I do, right now.
The first thing you have to know, is that nothing is ever managements fault. They will do anything and everything they can to either twist your words or the situation in their favor. I've lived here for three years now, and there are issues that have been submitted in regards to flooding and water damage (from literally the first few weeks

Just called to see about an apartment and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Idk it just left a bad experience already and I haven’t even gotten the apartment yet. I could only imagine how bad it gets when you actually become a resident. I’ll pass. It’s a shame because they look like they’d be good apartments.
Update: I Spoke with the property manager and she was really nice. I respect that she reached out to me about everything. She’s pretty awesome.

Overall a nice place to live. The grounds are well-kept and maintenance has always been responsive. My only issue is the gate. Each vehicle makes a big CLACK-CLACK as it drives over it. Sometimes I don't notice it, other times it drives me crazy. If you're looking for an apartment, don't get one close to the gate.

Was kicked out of my apartment for “hazardous smell”. Because the apt manager didn’t like me. I was forced to move out of my place, after living there for 6 years. It was during Covid, I was deathly ill, and unable to work or afford moving expenses. I lost literally everything. Then they sent a bill to collections without contacting me for payment.
This company will screw your over for $100. It’s as corporate and awful as they come. They hire alcoholics that don’t like cannabis. They look down on people who you need it for medication. Save your money and your peace. 0/10 would not recommend

I love my place! 1st time on my own and I couldnt ask for a better apartment! I like the security gate, the property and the people. Paying rent is a breeze. The office staff are super helpful when I have a question, even when they probably get asked these questions all the time.

I love these apartments. I have lived in several different complexes in Tulsa and this one is by far the best. Angie is top notch when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of leasing agreements. She is quick to address my maintenance issues and treats each resident with the same professional attitude.
