This place is a great place to live, very high end and a safe area for families. I love the quick responses to any maintenance request or if you have any questions or concerns the staff here are very quick to respond even after hours, I would recommend this place for anybody that wants a safe and quiet place to live. Dog friendly too by the way!

I have lived at Atria for over 5 years now and it's the best experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. I'm always confused by the negative reviews online. The maintenance department is quick to respond to any need and is friendly, courteous and professional. The management team is quick to respond, especially to issues that concern community security and comfort. The landscaping is beautiful, especially around the pool. The parking lot has been recently repaved and our garages were repainted. Valet trash is available, and while I at first said I would still bring my own trash, I'm completely

Place over charges and adds fees they advertise being free. Advertised commodities that don’t exist. You call for a busted water line and they’re more concerned with the tone of your voice instead of your belongings being ruined. If we were not home the entire place would have flooded and who knows the damage it would’ve caused to our building. Instead of coming to fix it they instead flip onto me for giving a demanding call and say they’ll be here the next day. With that being said if you call for ANYTHING urgent make sure you say please & thank you for services that would be expected

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, but google has forced me to use a 1. Management is horrible, rude and unprofessional. Down to sending threatening emails, lying, and being demanding. I will discourage anyone from living here. Rent is so expensive for apartments that are sub-par. A leak was found in my apartment maintenance alerted management to it. However management decided it doesn’t need to be fixed. Whatever. Maintenance is the only good thing here. The maintenance is always helpful, prompt, and nice. However read all the reviews online and Facebook. Listen to what the people are
