I have lived here going on 4 years and I would highly recommend this property. The beautiful landscape, along with the unique exterior designs of all its buildings, is impeccably maintained. The maintenance staff is responsive and very competent. The apartment home interiors here are unlike anything you will find. Each interior design has its own personality. Each design is a little different, but all are warm and homey. This property is nothing like the other "cookie cutter" boring apartment complexes here in Tulsa. In the last 4 years I have seen almost no turnover in their staff. The manager

We have been here for 2 years, and are getting ready to sign for our 3rd year. We absolutely love it here. The staff at the office are so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team is top notch! Any time we need anything, they get it done fairly quick. The pools are kept up with pretty well, and the amenities are unbeatable. If you are looking for somewhere to live, choose the Mansions, you will not regret it!! We have met some pretty amazing people here! I do want to give a shout out to Emily, she is just the best, she answers all of my emails in a very timely manner, and is always so helpful

Lovely place to live - super service and personnel! Mansions at Riverside is a great place to call home. I have been living here for over 3 years. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The ground and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is a great amenity and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location, a beautiful neighborhood that is close to parks and trails.

I have lived here going on 15 years now and it is definitely my home. I have always felt safe here and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, not a turnover like most places. I have been blessed to have great neighbors as well. I have recommended several people to move in and will continue to do so. what are you waiting for?!

I am very busy so I usually never have time to write reviews but I had to take the time out to write a review about this amazing place! Aime was amazing with helping me find the perfect apartment home for my children & myself. I was 100% satisfied on my move in date & I am very hard to please but everything was perfect.
