My husband and I lived here for about a year and enjoyed it! The front office staff and maintenance crew are both super friendly. Community is friendly as well. Although it's not gated, the complex is tucked away and feels small, quiet, and safe. Convenient location neighboring Walmart. We also really appreciated the open floor plan, in-unit washer / dryer, reasonable pet fees, walking paths, and gated dog park. This apartment was definitely the biggest bang for our buck with having 2 dogs.
Only complaint - we lived on the first floor, and could hear clearly when our upstairs neighbors / dogs

These people allowed there own maintenance man (LEWIS) to take very valuable things after being evicted during The eviction moratorium!!! Ignored the law while it was in place!!! After telling me my stuff was safe to return during A business day the following week after they went and picked out all what they wanted. I have serval witnesses. DON'T MOVE HERE. THIEF'S INCLUDING THE APARTMENT MANAGER

It's a wonderful complex! you have your own washer and dryer, so no lugging laundry around! Also, everyone has their own garage and most have a parking spot too! It comes with the apartment!There are lots of trees, ducks and geese that live here, makes it feel like a park. You can walk safely in the surrounding area. There are many stores nearby, and a neighborhood Wal-mart. Makes it very handy. I really like it here.

The manager Andy the leasing agent Mariah are very unprofessional and careless.
I have submitted my application and was told that it will take 24h to 48h to have an answer back and it has been a week now and despite the fact that I have called them multiple times and told them that I need an answer nothing is done. It took them for than 6 days before contacting my previous rental complex to request my rental history. And as today they have still not worked on my application yet and they just keep telling me that they are busy and do not have time.
This is really unprofessional and show how they

I have lived at this complex since February of 2020. I recently moved into a larger apartment with two bedrooms since I am now working from home. When I first moved here the leasing agent and the manager were great to me and made the whole process easy. Since then we have a new leasing agent Mariah and a new manager named Andie. They too are great and have been nothing but nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are Adrian and Louis and they can fix anything!!!!!!!! If there is a problem you can call the office or submit a request online and they will get it fixed very quickly. The place is clean

I have been here for about a month now, but it is a beautiful community. The geese and the ducks just had babies and they walk around like they own the place. Neighbors are so friendly and helpful and have made me feel very welcome. It is a safe, quiet place. I feel like I’m on vacation every day I come home. Management and staff have been extraordinary. So glad to have found this hidden treasure!

I have lived here for 5 years now and it is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood to live in. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. All my shopping needs are within a 1 or 2 mile radius. Every maintenance call is attended to promptly and resolved that day in most cases. If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend 93Twenty!
