Management is very nice and polite. He will try to help you the best he can and go above and beyond for tenants. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Rules are enforced. The apartments are very quiet, hardly hear anything around you. The outside of the apartments are beautiful as well.

Been here for little over a month and it’s been a really good experience so far. Apartment is very spacious and very premium, we got the two bedroom. Maintenance is on point and don’t take too long (we only had minimal things like a light bulb was burned and blinds). Neighbors are super chill and none have given any problems or even said anything about my sound system that can get really loud, the walls seem to hold the sound nicely so that’s an extra plus (of course no loud sounds are played after a certain time). Overall our time has been really nice here and Jenna has always been helpful

Myself and my two other roommates moved in to a three bedroom apartment and have absolutely loved it. It is spacious and very nice. We have loved our experience here and have never had a problem staying in contact with Angela. She has always emailed or answered our calls back. We actually had to pay to break or lease early because I am pregnant and wanted to move closer to home (with all of the roommates agreeing) and Angela has been more than helpful in the process. I’ve heard of some places making it almost impossible to do so but this was not a problem in our case at all. She was more than

Residents without Handicap permits park in Handicap parking knowing there are disabled residents that need the parking. It's reported nothing is done. They'll tow someone's broke down car but won't tow people parking in Handicap without a permit. Not Handicap friendly not enough Handicap parking. For what the residents pay here you can rent a more quality Apartment somewhere else for less with better amenities.

I saw this listing online and thought, "this is a beautiful property", and decided to reach out for more information. I sent a message as suggested via their website, twice, no response. I called several times as well; received a "this voicemail is no longer taking messages" a couple of times and left one or two messages. I finally found and called an out of state number (no answer of course) but was able to leave a message. After being a home owner since 2006, I was tired of the responsibility that comes with it! Angela & Georgia have been great from the moment I inquired about residency here. I moved in on February 23, 2021 & it's been a great experience! The staff has been very professional and attentive when I need to communicate with them. The property is beautiful and the apartments are spacious & modern. I highly recommend The Willard at Preston Crossing!

I have been here many years....Finally, I have seen so many amazing changes in the past year!!! The greatest for me is how they designated one specific area to smokers, no shame on smokers but my health would not allow for so much of it around and through the walls, up the halls and so forth. Our newest manager, Angela has made an amazing difference!! She got rid of the pot heads, loud obnoxious tenants and seems to care about us all!
The NEW DOG PARK.....well IT'S THE BEST THING SINCE MOVING IN! We love it :)

I can’t even start with how awesome this place is! From the start, I had a great experience from meeting the amazing office ladies, to the move in! The move in process was so smooth, they were even kind enough to hold the apartment for us until our old lease was up! I’ve lived here for a minute and I can’t fathom how sweet the maintenance guy is! I promise you, you want to live here! It’s quiet and it’s in a great area!

Our experience at this complex was both good and bad. I say we because we referred friends over to the apartment complex who had similar experiences. In the two and a half years that we lived there, there were four different managers. Virginia was great, and she honestly cared about the community. She is the reason we decided to renew our lease. I cannot say the same about the others as they were rude, refused to communicate unless it was a mass condescending email, and did not care about issues brought up. Finally an apartment and people in the office who are friendly and you get what you pay for. Georgia and Angela have been polite and friendly from the beginning. My apartment is nice and the biggest one for me clean. No people hanging out in the parking lot and the property is actually kept up great start to a new beginning. I spent 8 years at my last apartment I plan on staying here a while.
