I should preface this with: I should have written this review a year ago. Kelly's boot camp is great. I started with her hoping to lose a bit of weight and mostly get into better shape. Every session was different, challenging, but doable. I would wake up the next day sore (often expectedly, sometimes surprisingly). With Kelly's program I lost weight and gained definition. If you want to work with someone who is personable, will make you laugh, and enjoy your work out experience, then go to Kelly. She'll take time to personally correct your form and give you pointers-- something

It's been a real boon being able to get onto Kelly's calendar! The training sessions are really great, and I've been introduced to so many new exercises, some of which I can do on my own time as well, that it has really motivated me to keep going. Isn't that the main objective? She keeps the sessions very interesting with different routines every time, so it's been real challenging. Working with Kelly is wonderful. I've had many personal training sessions in the past and I can say that I enjoyed and look forward to Kelly's the most. She started off at my fitness level, tailoring the session so that I could build my stamina and work at my weak spots before ramping up the pace. I feel great after the workouts and have started to see a difference in my energy and mental alertness levels. Kelly continues to push me at each class and its working! I would definately recommend Kelly for anyone that wants to make training and workouts a permanent part of their life!

Keeps Fitness Camp has helped me feel mentally and physically great. I too was looking to start a boot camp for months, actually years and finally came across Kelly's. I'm not to big on getting up at the crack of dawn however after a couple weeks of her training class I couldn't wait to get up and have another session. I continue to attend 3 times a week and love the way I feel and look. She has tailored my progression so I continue to push myself. I definetly recommend Kelly and suggest her training program.

For ages now I've been thinking about signing up for one of the many bootcamps that seem to be popping up all over the bay area. But then I would go to the websites and I just couldn't get excited about working out in a group of what looked like a group of at least 20 women (from the photos).
