We are located just 1.5 miles from the 53rd Avenue Community Park, offering tennis & basketball courts, soccer fields, and more! We are located 1 miles (a 20 minute walk) to the shops and dining options of Orenco Station! We are happy to accept any packages on your behalf so they aren't left outside unattended!
Welcome to Commons at Dawson Creek Apartments in Hillsboro, Oregon! We understand your time is valuable, which is why we've provided 360 photos (panoramas) of our community so you can see for yourself what our rental apartments and amenities are truly like. We love pets! Though, we do ask that you limit it to one indoor cat or dog, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age. We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund. There's also a monthly $30 pet rent. We kindly ask that all those applying for the apartment home make a combined total 3 times the monthly rent, gross earnings.

Marina and Tyler were extremely helpful and diligent during our out of state move during the pandemic. They were very responsive and prompt in answering all the questions we had about the unit.

VERY THIN WALLS. You will hear your neighbors below and above you just walking around. When we moved in, the apartment was so dirty. Couldn’t move our things in before cleaning it myself beforehand. Garage door was broken for 5 months after submitting 5 work orders. We still had to pay even though it wasn’t working. Don’t expect your deposit money back when you move out. Even though we received an email saying our apartment was “immaculate” after moving out, we still did not receive back several hundred dollars. The pool and gum were always closed. Don’t expect an email or any notification

Thank you Dawson Creek for being so helpful! It was nice of them to take my Amazon package when they couldn't deliver because of the paving that happened this week. People were so rude I couldn't believe it. Actually yelling at that poor male leasing agent over parking. And he just listened and was so polite back to these people. I've had nothing but good interactions with the office an maintenance personal here. This is the only place I've lived where I can actually talk to the manager- she has even gotten me packages! I recommend Dawson Creek completely, people could take a page out of their

My experience: Nice apartments, good community, a safety overlook, and some poor communication. We were very frustrated with the communication. After getting ahold of the manager they have fixed the issues that were still fixable and are promising to do better in the future. We will see what happens from her on.

The grounds are fairly well kept. Issues are resolved fairly quickly like doors, counters etc. the rent has shot up about $400 since we moved in in early 2021, most likely taking advantage of the loss of covid restrictions and Intel being next door. The apartments look nice, but fairly low quality. Our microwave has busted, oven drawers broken, still. Our granite counter tops are actually Formica lol. Upstairs people are loud. Gaming. Music. Tv. Can hear it all just inconsiderate. It literally sounds like they’ll fall through the floor at any moment….kinda hope they do

I have been living since an year here. Today, I went to collect my package after their offices reopened post-covid. I also inquired about recent changes in gym timings etc after covid. Was greeted and shown around by Nick, who was extremely polite and was super happy to show me around, despite of me having already lived in the apt for an year. I hope the management reads this and appreciates his hard work and kind gesture :)

One word, AMAZING! The office personel is extremely helpful and kind. Maintenance staff is prompt and helpful as well. Hands down the best place I have ever lived and our community here is wonderful! I couldn't find a better environment if I tried and look forward to a long future here. I wish I could give them a 6 star rating!

The manager and the staff are great. Always friendly, always professional. The only con is that omg this complex is noisy. I’m on the second floor, I can hear my neighbors upstairs walking... but the noise is like they were jumping with metal shoes. Very very squeaky, even the bathtub make squeaky noises, it will drive you nuts, unless you move to the third floor and you husband doesn’t shower on the middle of the night and then you good. Also wear ear silicones to sleep. Good place, just to squeaky!!

From beginning to end this has been by far the best move in experience I've ever had, and its all thanks to Tyler. He helped us find the perfect apartment to fit our needs. I love how the office staff is prompt to respond and get the information you need. Thanks to everyone at Commons for making us feel welcomed the neighborhood. The only problem is our upstairs neighbors have kids constantly running back and forth causing the whole ceiling to rattle to the point we can't sleep at all and have to turn are volume up substantially to drown out the constant banging of them running and jumping around

Extremely disappointed in these apartments. I have lived here four 3 years and have had some issues in the past but nothing I would totally write a review on but recently this week I lost my job to the coronavirus and called them to only be told “we don’t care your rent is due by the 4th or we will be charging fees but don’t worry we can’t evict you”.
